\u5f9e\u524d\u6211\u5011\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u9032\u98df\u8089\u985e\u548c\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u5167\u81df\u6703\u5f15\u8d77\u9ad8\u5c3f\u9178\u75c7\uff0c\u4f46\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u539f\u4f86\u679c\u7cd6\u4e5f\u6703\u5f15\u81f4\u9ad8\u5c3f\u9178\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4e0d\u8981\u4ee5\u70ba\u53ea\u5403\u6c34\u679c\u5c31\u4e0d\u6703\u6709\u9ad8\u5c3f\u9178\u75c7\u3002\u5f15\u8d77\u5c3f\u9178\u9ad8\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u9084\u6709\u5f88\u591a\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u9032\u98df\u9ad8\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u98df\u7269\u3001\u560c\u5464\u542b\u91cf\u9ad8\u7684\u98df\u7269\u3001\u679c\u7cd6\u6210\u5206\u9ad8\u7684\u98df\u7269\uff0c\u98f2\u9152\u4e5f\u6703\u5f15\u81f4\u9ad8\u5c3f\u9178\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6839\u64da\u7d71\u8a08\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u73fe\u4ee3\u4eba\u6bcf\u5929\u9032\u98df\u7684\u7cd6\u5206\u6bd4\u8d77\u4e00\u767e\u5e74\u524d\u591a\u4e86\u5f88\u591a\uff0c\u6bd4\u4e8c\u767e\u5e74\u524d\u66f4\u52a0\u591a\u51fa\u8d85\u904e\u5169\u500d\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u7531\u65bc\u9032\u98df\u9019\u4e9b\u679c\u7cd6\u542b\u91cf\u9ad8\u7684\u98df\u7269\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u73fe\u4ee3\u4eba\u7684\u5c3f\u9178\u5e73\u5747\u4f86\u8aaa\u90fd\u5341\u5206\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n

\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5c3f\u9178\u6703\u5f15\u8d77\u75db\u98a8\u75c7\uff1f\u539f\u4f86\u5c3f\u9178\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6eab\u5ea6\u4e0b\u6eb6\u89e3\u7a0b\u5ea6\u4e26\u4e0d\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u5728\u6eab\u5ea6\u6bd4\u8f03\u9ad8\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5b83\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u6eb6\u89e3\uff1b\u4f46\u662f\u5728\u6eab\u5ea6\u4f4e\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u5b83\u5f88\u96e3\u6eb6\u89e3\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\u7576\u5c3f\u9178\u53bb\u5230\u8173\u90e8\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u7531\u65bc\u6eab\u5ea6\u76f8\u5c0d\u6c92\u6709\u9019\u9ebc\u9ad8\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5c3f\u9178\u5bb9\u6613\u6c89\u6fb1\uff0c\u56e0\u800c\u5f15\u8d77\u75db\u98a8\u75c7\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6211\u5011\u73fe\u5728\u7684\u7d71\u8a08\uff0c\u5c3f\u9178\u5728\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u548c\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u6210\u6b63\u6bd4\u3002\u610f\u601d\u662f\u7576\u8840\u6db2\u4e2d\u5c3f\u9178\u7684\u6fc3\u5ea6\u6108\u9ad8\uff0c\u75c5\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u4e5f\u6108\u9ad8\uff1b\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c\u5c3f\u9178\u6c34\u5e73\u6108\u4f4e\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5b58\u6d3b\u7387\u5c31\u6108\u5927\u3002\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6703\u9019\u6a23\u5462\uff1f\u73fe\u5728\u9084\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u7814\u7a76\u6b63\u5728\u9032\u884c\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u7814\u7a76\u8a8d\u70ba\u56e0\u70ba\u5c3f\u9178\u6703\u8a98\u767c\u8eab\u9ad4\u5167\u7684\u767c\u708e\u6a5f\u5236\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u5f15\u81f4\u8840\u7ba1\u7684\u653e\u9b06\u529f\u80fd\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f15\u8d77\u8840\u58d3\u9ad8\u548c\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u75c5\u3002\u9ad8\u5c3f\u9178\u4ea6\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u5c3f\u6db2\u4e2d\u6c89\u6fb1\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u814e\u7d50\u77f3\uff0c\u963b\u585e\u5c3f\u6db2\u6392\u51fa\uff0c\u56b4\u91cd\u53ef\u5f15\u81f4\u814e\u8870\u7aed\u3002\u6211\u5011\u77e5\u9053\u9ad8\u5c3f\u9178\u75c7\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u548c\u5fc3\u81df\u8870\u5f31\u75c5\u4eba\u4e2d\u98a8\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\u3002<\/p>\n

【明報專訊】血液中尿酸過高，很多人都知道會引起痛風症。痛風症由來已久，以前又叫「帝皇病」，因為當時只有帝王將相、富貴人家，才有機會吃肉、喝酒，過量的肉類和酒會增加血液中的尿酸，誘發痛風症，所以又名「帝皇病」。<\/p>\n

其實遠在公元前2000多年前，埃及人已經有患痛風症的紀錄。到了十九世紀末二十世紀初，我們開始了解到原來食物中的嘌呤對尿酸有很大的影響。進食嘌呤高的食物，會引致血液中的尿酸增加，繼而引發痛風症。當時亦有醫生專家研究高尿酸症，相信高尿酸症和血壓高有很大關係。現在我們也知道高尿酸症也會導致慢性腎病和心血管疾病。<\/p>\n

飲酒也可引致高尿酸<\/p>\n

從前我們知道，進食肉類和動物的內臟會引起高尿酸症，但最近的研究發現，原來果糖也會引致高尿酸，所以不要以為只吃水果就不會有高尿酸症。引起尿酸高的原因還有很多，除了進食高蛋白質的食物、嘌呤含量高的食物、果糖成分高的食物，飲酒也會引致高尿酸。<\/p>\n

根據統計，我們現代人每天進食的糖分比起一百年前多了很多，比二百年前更加多出超過兩倍，可能是由於進食這些果糖含量高的食物，我們現代人的尿酸平均來說都十分高。<\/p>\n

為什麼尿酸會引起痛風症？原來尿酸在不同的溫度下溶解程度並不一樣，在溫度比較高的時候，它很容易溶解；但是在溫度低的時候，它很難溶解。所以當尿酸去到腳部的時候，可能由於溫度相對沒有這麼高，所以尿酸容易沉澱，因而引起痛風症。<\/p>\n

我們現在的統計，尿酸在血液中的濃度和病人的死亡率成正比。意思是當血液中尿酸的濃度愈高，病人死亡率也愈高；換句話說，尿酸水平愈低，他們的存活率就愈大。為什麼會這樣呢？現在還有很多研究正在進行中，有些研究認為因為尿酸會誘發身體內的發炎機制，最終引致血管的放鬆功能受到影響，從而引起血壓高和心血管病。高尿酸亦可以在尿液中沉澱，形成腎結石，阻塞尿液排出，嚴重可引致腎衰竭。我們知道高尿酸症會增加高血壓和心臟衰弱病人中風的風險。<\/p>\n

我們現在也知道尿酸並不止會引起痛風症，還可能引起其他各樣的健康問題。所以建議大家應要有健康的飲食習慣，不要進食高蛋白質、高嘌呤的食物。水果因為含有果糖，也不能夠胡亂的大量吃。維持尿酸在正常水平，對身體健康最為有利。<\/p>\n
