【明報專訊】想消暑不止有西瓜,利用冬瓜煲湯,加入適當藥材,消暑兼健脾。<\/p>\n ■健脾消暑湯(2至3人分量)<\/p>\n 材料﹕冬瓜半斤、荷葉10克、扁豆30克、黨參10克、雲茯苓20克、陳皮5克、黑棗3枚、瘦肉適量<\/p>\n 做法﹕所有材料洗淨。瘦肉汆水切件備用。所有材料放入煲內,加2升清水,大火煮滾後轉細火煲1小時,加鹽調味即可飲用。可每周飲用1次<\/p>\n 功效﹕健脾益氣、消暑祛濕<\/p>\n
