ADHD\u591a\u6578\u767c\u751f\u5728\u7537\u5b69\u8eab\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u591a\u885d\u52d5\u3001\u6d3b\u8e8d\u3001\u4e0d\u96c6\u4e2d\uff0c\u7576\u5abd\u5abd\u82b1\u6642\u9593\u6559\u4ed6\u5011\u505a\u529f\u8ab2\u6642\uff0c\u96e3\u514d\u7126\u6025\uff0c\u4f46\u6108\u662f\u50ac\u8c37\uff0c\u6108\u6613\u6709\u53cd\u6548\u679c\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u60c5\u51b5\u7238\u7238\u901a\u5e38\u611f\u5230\u96e3\u4ee5\u7406\u89e3\uff0c\u5f9e\u7537\u6027\u89d2\u5ea6\u601d\u8003\u89ba\u5f97\u300c\u7537\u5b69\u5b50\u662f\u9019\u6a23\uff0c\u5f88\u6b63\u5e38\u300d\u3001\u300c\u7528\u4e0d\u7740\u9019\u9ebc\u7dca\u5f35\u300d\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u5206\u6b67\u4ee4\u592b\u59bb\u9593\u591a\u4e86\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u722d\u57f7\uff0c\u4ee4\u95dc\u4fc2\u6108\u8da8\u7dca\u5f35\u3002\u82e5\u592b\u59bb\u611f\u60c5\u57fa\u790e\u826f\u597d\uff0c\u5247\u554f\u984c\u4e0d\u5927\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u5bb9\u6613\u5f71\u97ff\u5a5a\u59fb\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002<\/p>\n

\u52a0\u4e0a\uff0c\u73fe\u4eca\u5973\u6027\u6559\u80b2\u7a0b\u5ea6\u9ad8\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u6a5f\u6703\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4e0d\u5c11\u5abd\u5abd\u6703\u5916\u51fa\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4f46\u540c\u6642\u9700\u8981\u517c\u9867\u300c\u6e4a\u4ed4\u300d\u3001\u505a\u5bb6\u52d9\uff0c\u4ea6\u8981\u5145\u7576\u5b50\u5973\u7684\u88dc\u7fd2\u8001\u5e2b\uff0c\u5982\u6c92\u6709\u9577\u8f29\u3001\u50ad\u4eba\u5e6b\u624b\uff0c\u4fbf\u6703\u611f\u5230\u5de5\u4f5c\u8ca0\u64d4\u6c89\u91cd\u3002\u82e5\u5bb6\u4e2d\u5b69\u5b50\u60a3ADHD\uff0c\u66f4\u56e0\u96e3\u4ee5\u555f\u9f52\u800c\u627e\u4e0d\u5230\u50be\u8a34\u5c0d\u8c61\uff1b\u52a0\u4e0a\u76ee\u524d\u793e\u6703\u904e\u5ea6\u90fd\u5e02\u5316\uff0c\u9130\u820d\u4e4b\u9593\u758f\u96e2\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u751a\u81f3\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u9130\u820d\u662f\u8ab0\uff0c\u6709\u9700\u8981\u6642\u5f88\u96e3\u627e\u4eba\u5e6b\u5fd9\u3002<\/p>\n

\u8b93\u4e08\u592b\u5206\u64d4 \u4e0d\u52a0\u6311\u5254<\/p>\n

\u99ac\u9e97\u838a\u5efa\u8b70\u5abd\u5abd\u5011\uff0c\u7d66\u4e88\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e8b\u52d9\u8b93\u4e08\u592b\u8ca0\u8cac\u3002\u505a\u4e08\u592b\u4e0d\u80fd\u8af8\u591a\u63a8\u642a\uff0c\u8981\u6a02\u610f\u5e6b\u5fd9\uff1b\u800c\u7576\u5abd\u5abd\u5c07\u4e8b\u52d9\u4ea4\u7d66\u4e08\u592b\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ea6\u4e0d\u5b9c\u8981\u6c42\u4ed6\u8ddf\u8db3\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u8655\u7406\u6216\u8af8\u591a\u6311\u5254\uff0c\u5426\u5247\u4e08\u592b\u6703\u611f\u5230\u6c92\u8da3\u3002\u5abd\u5abd\u9700\u7406\u89e3\u5f7c\u6b64\u90fd\u6709\u5f37\u9805\u8207\u5f31\u9805\uff0c\u5b9c\u63a5\u7d0d\u4e26\u4e92\u88dc\u4e0d\u8db3\u3002\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4ea6\u53ef\u627e\u5c0b\u6709\u76f8\u4f3c\u80cc\u666f\u7684\u5bb6\u9577\u50be\u8a34\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u5bb6\u5ead\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u5bb6\u9577\u5c0f\u7d44\uff09\uff0c\u540c\u8072\u540c\u6c23\uff0c\u5bb9\u6613\u4e92\u76f8\u7406\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n

【明報專訊】爸爸在教養孩子上，常被認為投入度不及媽媽，尤其容易發生在孩子患專注力不足過度活躍症的家庭中。香港中文大學社會工作系馬麗莊教授說，跟以下兩個客觀因素有關﹕<\/p>\n

男孩衝動當平常<\/p>\n

◆父為家中經濟支柱﹕<\/p>\n

在不少家庭中，爸爸是家中主要的收入來源；加上香港整體工時長，爸爸難免為工作而早出晚歸，難以抽時間在子女身上，自然令教養子女的責任落在媽媽身上。<\/p>\n

◆男性觀點影響﹕<\/p>\n

ADHD多數發生在男孩身上，他們多衝動、活躍、不集中，當媽媽花時間教他們做功課時，難免焦急，但愈是催谷，愈易有反效果。這些情况爸爸通常感到難以理解，從男性角度思考覺得「男孩子是這樣，很正常」、「用不着這麼緊張」等等，這些分歧令夫妻間多了不必要的爭執，令關係愈趨緊張。若夫妻感情基礎良好，則問題不大，否則容易影響婚姻關係。<\/p>\n

加上，現今女性教育程度高、工作機會增加，不少媽媽會外出工作，但同時需要兼顧「湊仔」、做家務，亦要充當子女的補習老師，如沒有長輩、傭人幫手，便會感到工作負擔沉重。若家中孩子患ADHD，更因難以啟齒而找不到傾訴對象；加上目前社會過度都市化，鄰舍之間疏離，有時甚至不知道鄰舍是誰，有需要時很難找人幫忙。<\/p>\n

讓丈夫分擔 不加挑剔<\/p>\n

馬麗莊建議媽媽們，給予一些事務讓丈夫負責。做丈夫不能諸多推搪，要樂意幫忙；而當媽媽將事務交給丈夫後，亦不宜要求他跟足自己的方式處理或諸多挑剔，否則丈夫會感到沒趣。媽媽需理解彼此都有強項與弱項，宜接納並互補不足。此外，亦可找尋有相似背景的家長傾訴（例如家庭治療的家長小組），同聲同氣，容易互相理解。<\/p>\n

一如光仔的爸爸，有些人因童年陰影而不懂如何做父親。但馬麗莊說，亦有些人能夠超越童年陰影，她最近見過一位爸爸，兒時因家貧而被送給親戚養育，他在小組中分享時指，自己自小缺乏父愛，覺得沒人愛惜，所以想給女兒更多的愛。可見童年經歷負面，也可以帶來正面影響，視乎如何看待這個經歷。若感到受童年陰影所困，難以解決，可以尋求社工協助。<\/p>\n
