【明報專訊】銀屑病令皮膚出現紅、白屑，但不會嚴重痕癢，當事人未必第一時間察覺患病。余嘉龍指出，銀屑病與遺傳及壓力有關。「如果家族史中有銀屑病患者，病發風險較高。其次，後天環境亦會影響免疫系統失調。」研究顯示，飲食失衡、過量食肉導致腸道益生菌組合差，較容易發病；另外，感染和壓力亦增加銀屑病風險。「所以，注意飲食及減壓，可減少銀屑病發病。」<\/p>\n

生物製劑雖有效控制銀屑病的病情，惟藥費高昂，每月約1.2萬元，「所以要根據病情考慮用藥。病情嚴重或傳統藥物失效，就要考慮生物製劑。當病情改善就減少甚至停用，減輕經濟負擔」。<\/p>\n

病人可透過醫院的醫務社工申請藥費減免，若通過經濟審查便可獲得資助，注射生物製劑。<\/p>\n
