【明報專訊】這夜,鄭醫生做了白果腐竹糖水,好讓大家吃過後甜蜜熟睡。材料除了白果、薏米及煲溶的腐竹,糖水浮面竟有一隻金黃焦邊的煎蛋!黃醫生詫異非常:「為何腐竹雞蛋糖水會是荷包蛋?」鄭醫生解釋:「這是一位長者病人教我做,婆婆說,每逢失眠,她都會做這款湯水。拿着槌子,逐粒逐粒白果去殼。其間如果有睡意,就上牀睡覺。未有睡意,就繼續煮糖水。她家鄉潮州有吃荷包蛋糖水習慣。食完糖水,又飽又累,她就睡得着。」黃醫生大啖品嘗,轉眼已經吃光。可想而知,這款「腐竹煎蛋糖水」極具魔力。<\/p>\n 「其實婆婆專注把白果去殼和煮糖水,可以培養睡眠情緒。食小量甜品,加上飽肚感覺,的確容易入睡。」黃醫生補充﹕「不過,晚間進食糖水,不是好習慣。糖尿病人固然不適合。睡前食糖水,亦引致夜尿,不但影響睡眠,甚至意外跌傷。」他建議,晚間盡量減少水分攝取。如果煲湯或糖水,最好中午或下午飲用。同樣,水果也含有大量水分,日間食用更佳。<\/p>\n
