\u7761\u524d\u904b\u52d5\u4e5f\u662f\u4e0d\u5141\u8a31\u7684\uff1b\u904b\u52d5\u8b93\u9ad4\u6eab\u4e0a\u5347\uff0c\u5fc3\u8df3\u52a0\u5feb\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u8eab\u8ec0\u75b2\u7d2f\u4e5f\u7761\u5f97\u4e0d\u597d\u3002\u72c2\u6b61\u73a9\u6a02\u6703\u4ee4\u5fc3\u60c5\u4ea2\u596e\uff0c\u7761\u4e0d\u7740\u89ba\uff0c\u5fc5\u9808\u907f\u514d\u3002\u7e7c\u7e8c\u65e5\u9593\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3001\u8a08\u5283\u660e\u5929\u884c\u7a0b\u3001\u601d\u8003\u91cd\u8981\u554f\u984c\u3001\u95b1\u8b80\u56b4\u8085\u66f8\u7c4d\uff0c\u5168\u90fd\u4e0d\u80fd\u5728\u5be2\u524d\u5169\u5c0f\u6642\u5167\u9032\u884c\uff0c\u514d\u5f97\u8017\u8cbb\u5fc3\u529b\uff0c\u589e\u52a0\u58d3\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n

\u53c8\u4e0d\u51c6\u5403\u6771\u897f\uff0c\u64da\u8aaa\u6703\u6613\u80a5\u80d6\uff0c\u4ea6\u589e\u52a0\u8178\u80c3\u8ca0\u64d4\uff0c\u548c\u5c0e\u81f4\u80c3\u9178\u5012\u6d41\u3002\u5403\u85e5\u3001\u559d\u9152\u3001\u8336\u3001\u5496\u5561\u3001\u6c7d\u6c34\uff0c\u7576\u7136\u4e0d\u53ef\uff1b\u9023\u559d\u6c34\u4e5f\u6709\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u64d4\u5fc3\u98f2\u5f97\u592a\u591a\u534a\u591c\u8981\u4e0a\u5ec1\u6240\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6d17\u500b\u71b1\u6c34\u6fa1\u5427\uff1f\u4e0d\u884c\uff01\u4e2d\u5fc3\u9ad4\u6eab\u592a\u9ad8\uff0c\u6703\u7834\u58de\u7761\u7720\u8cea\u7d20\u3002\u8b80\u5c0f\u8aaa\u6216\u770b\u9023\u7e8c\u5287\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4ee4\u4eba\u60c5\u7dd2\u8d77\u4f0f\uff0c\u4e00\u6642\u95dc\u4e0d\u6389\u8166\u888b\u7684\u958b\u95dc\uff0c\u5f71\u97ff\u7761\u7720\u3002<\/p>\n

【明報專訊】說起睡覺,我是最不擅長的了。打從大學時代起功課繁重,就不時失眠,翌日遲遲不能起牀,朝早沒精打采,有如行屍走肉,必須借助咖啡因才能振作。現今做了醫生、母親,兼顧寫作,更是千頭萬緒,諸事紛至沓來,難以入眠。<\/p>\n

我知道這是自己太過緊張、腦袋不能放鬆所致,因此對「如何解決睡眠煩惱」這類文章特別留意;可惜多年來,始終沒有得到什麼有用而實際的建議。<\/p>\n

例如最近一篇訪問職業治療師的報道,強調睡前必定要好好放鬆。他叮囑上牀前兩小時內,不該看電視、用電腦、玩手機等,因為藍光進入眼睛,視交叉神經上核受到刺激,告訴身體要保持清醒。可是要現代人不做這些,不是有點強人所難嗎?<\/p>\n

睡前運動也是不允許的;運動讓體溫上升,心跳加快,即使身軀疲累也睡得不好。狂歡玩樂會令心情亢奮,睡不着覺,必須避免。繼續日間的工作、計劃明天行程、思考重要問題、閱讀嚴肅書籍,全都不能在寢前兩小時內進行,免得耗費心力,增加壓力。<\/p>\n

又不准吃東西,據說會易肥胖,亦增加腸胃負擔,和導致胃酸倒流。吃藥、喝酒、茶、咖啡、汽水,當然不可;連喝水也有限制,擔心飲得太多半夜要上廁所。<\/p>\n

洗個熱水澡吧?不行!中心體溫太高,會破壞睡眠質素。讀小說或看連續劇,可能令人情緒起伏,一時關不掉腦袋的開關,影響睡眠。<\/p>\n

那麼,睡前應該做什麼?我不知道。<\/p>\n

「放空」何其奢侈<\/p>\n

有人說,可以去散步,但未必人人的家樓下都適合睡前散步吧;如果走得滿身大汗,回家冲個熱水浴,豈不是又要等兩個小時才能上牀?做伸展運動是個好主意,可是像我這般貪心的,總忍不住一邊拉筋、一邊看電視或書本,這就犯規了。讀些不經大腦的八卦雜誌、聽音樂、發呆、冥想、盡力什麼都不去想等,固然最好,然而現代人生活忙碌,連吃半小時飯都沒時間;若天天睡前都花一、兩小時「放空」,不是太過奢侈、異想天開了嗎?<\/p>\n

還有一個經常重複的建議:躺了二十分鐘仍睡不着時,就應該起牀離開臥室,去做「別的事情」,等到真的想睡時再回去睡。 那應該做什麼呢?天啊,單是想這個問題,就叫人煩惱得無心睡眠了!<\/p>\n
