黃醫生立即雙手捧起暖暖飯碗,眼睛欣賞着五顏六色的蔬菜,鼻子嗅着芝士香味。「香港講求效率,一個飯盒,三扒兩撥;往往五至十分鐘已經吃完。」原來,正念修習也可以應用在日常進食。「正念進食,我們先要覺察面前的食物。欣賞它的顏色,覺知它的材料,嗅嗅它的香氣。放進口裏,感受一下食物在口中的味道,然後慢慢吞下。」正念進食,除了幫助消化,也有助提升正面情緒。<\/p>\n

原來,鄭醫生參加過不止一次正念禪修營。他補充說:「正念進食,全程止語,各自專注用餐。把一口飯菜送進口裏,慢慢放下筷子和匙子。細意感受食物的味道;每一口飯菜,咀嚼大約三十次。好好享受一頓沒有時限的飯餐。」專注當下,身心和諧,自然感到生命的喜悅。<\/p>\n
