觀﹕我的父母都是心臟衰竭去世。心臟衰竭會否遺傳？<\/p>\n

何﹕是否遺傳，視乎父母什麼歲數離世。香港人平均壽命八十多歲。如果老人家八十多歲因為心臟衰竭離世，多數不是遺傳。如果父母只是四十或五十歲因為心臟衰竭離世，就需要注意。建議前往專科醫生檢查有沒有血管狹窄、阻塞。另外，也需留意一些遺傳病，如先天性心肌肥厚症、原因不明的擴張性的心臟衰竭等。<\/p>\n

父母那一代，醫療科技不及現時進步。他們的診斷往往較遲，治療方法和藥物也沒有現在先進。三十年前，我剛醫科畢業，政府醫院心臟科九成病人都是風濕性心臟病（由鏈球菌引起咽喉炎，再引發風濕熱，對心瓣造成破壞），現在新症極少。因為現在生活環境好了，清潔和衛生也改善了；加上現今病人有喉嚨痛會立即看醫生，當診斷為細菌性咽喉炎，醫生處方抗生素，減少引發風濕性心臟病。<\/p>\n

■心臟病浸溫泉 有如玩命<\/p>\n

觀﹕患上心臟衰竭，可否浸溫泉？可否做運動？<\/p>\n

何﹕在溫泉區都會貼上告示，不適宜心臟病人士。因為浸溫泉時，身體需要散熱，血管就會擴張，血壓就會降低；為了維持血液循環，心臟需要加快跳動。有些懶人說笑，指去焗桑拿等於幫助心臟運動，不是完全沒有根據，但這做法其實是增加心臟的負荷。<\/p>\n

心臟衰竭病人心臟已弱，浸溫泉增加心臟負荷，百上加斤。另外，病人亦較易出現心率不正常。若心跳加快，突然亂了，嚴重可致死亡。心臟衰竭病人浸溫泉危險，我不建議。<\/p>\n

至於運動，心臟衰竭有不同程度。如果病情嚴重，病人連躺在牀上都氣喘，根本無法運動。如果病情輕微，治療服藥期間，病人需要適量運動鍛煉體能。病人必須跟醫生溝通，了解自己的狀况，探討什麼運動適合自己。<\/p>\n

鄭：做運動是好的，但要視乎病情進展，病人可以跟醫生商量，重點是「度身訂做」。如果運動令到病情改善，可以逐漸加多。<\/p>\n

■搭橋、通波仔 增心衰竭風險？<\/p>\n

觀﹕做過搭橋手術，會否增加心臟衰竭的風險？<\/p>\n

何﹕通波仔或搭橋手術不會引致心臟衰竭。正確來說，病人的心臟有問題，才要手術打通或搭建血管。如果血管阻塞令心臟肌肉曾經受損，就會增加心臟衰竭的風險。通波仔和搭橋是希望血液流通，救回肌肉。但亦有可能心肌已死，即使打通或搭建血管，也沒有幫助。<\/p>\n

曾經做過這些手術的病人，本身心臟或心血管都有問題。心臟不是百分之百健康，出現心臟衰竭的機率相對較高。<\/p>\n
