【明報專訊】想小朋友食得健康,除了由日常早、午、晚三餐入手之外,小食亦相當重要。想令他們吸收到均衡營養,不妨考慮菠菜芝士銀包。其中去皮麥方包的方包皮可以用橄欖油、蒜蓉及香草調味後烘焗至香脆,善用廚餘,成為另一款美味小食。<\/p>\n ■菠菜芝士銀包<\/p>\n 材料(4人分量):<\/p>\n 去皮麥方包……4片<\/p>\n 菠菜……60克(2棵)<\/p>\n 低脂芝士……3至4片<\/p>\n 蛋液……適量<\/p>\n 做法:<\/p>\n 1. 菠菜洗淨放入滾水輕焯,撈起,盡量將水擠出後,切碎備用<\/p>\n 2. 在麥包上鋪上保鮮紙,將整片麵包平均按壓<\/p>\n 3. 移開保鮮紙,在麵包上鋪上芝士,周邊留約1cm位置,再放適量菠菜在麵包中央<\/p>\n 4. 在麵包四邊塗上蛋液,整片麵包對折封好,放入預熱150℃焗爐,焗至微黃色即成<\/p>\n
