\u9078\u7528\u9632\u66ec\u7528\u54c1\u6642\uff0c\u4ea6\u8981\u7559\u610fSPF\u53caPA\u503c\u3002\u4ee4\u76ae\u819a\u53d7\u50b7\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u70ba\u7d2b\u5916\u7ddaA\u53caB\uff0c\u7d2b\u5916\u7ddaA\u6703\u4ee4\u76ae\u819a\u8b8a\u9ed1\u548c\u8001\u5316\uff0c\u7d2b\u5916\u7ddaB\u5247\u4ee4\u76ae\u819a\u66ec\u50b7\u548c\u7d05\u816b\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u7d2b\u5916\u7ddaA\u6216B\uff0c\u7686\u6709\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0e\u81f4\u76ae\u819a\u764c\u3002SPF\u503c\u53ef\u53cd\u6620\u5ef6\u9072\u76ae\u819a\u53d7\u7d2b\u5916\u7ddaB\u66ec\u50b7\u7684\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u4f7f\u7528SPF 30\u81f350\u7684\u9632\u66ec\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u5df2\u53ef\u963b\u9694\u7d0497%\u81f398%\u7684\u7d2b\u5916\u7ddaB\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u5e02\u9762\u6709\u6a19\u699c\u9632\u66ec\u6307\u6578\u9ad8\u9054SPF 100\u7684\u9632\u66ec\u7522\u54c1\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5be6\u4ea6\u53ea\u53ef\u963b\u64cb99%\u7684\u7d2b\u5916\u7ddaB\uff0c\u6548\u80fd\u5e7e\u4e4e\u548c\u524d\u8005\u6c92\u5927\u5206\u5225\uff0c\u76f8\u53cdSPF\u5ea6\u6578\u904e\u9ad8\u6216\u6703\u963b\u585e\u6bdb\u5b54\uff0c\u6545\u61c9\u5c0f\u5fc3\u9078\u64c7\u3002\u800cPA\u5f8c\u6108\u591a+\u865f\uff0c\u4ee3\u8868\u9632\u7d2b\u5916\u7ddaA\u6548\u80fd\u6108\u9ad8\u3002<\/p>\n

\u66ec\u50b7\u5f8c\u76ae\u819a\u51fa\u73fe\u8b8a\u7d05\u53ca\u812b\u76ae\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\uff0c\u904e\u4e00\u6bb5\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u53ef\u56de\u5fa9\u539f\u72c0\uff0c\u4f46\u7d2b\u5916\u7dda\u5c0d\u76ae\u819a\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u50b7\u5bb3\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u60a3\u76ae\u819a\u764c\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u662f\u65e5\u7a4d\u6708\u7d2f\uff0c\u5c6c\u6c38\u4e45\u6027\u7684\uff0c\u6545\u4ee5\u5f8c\u61c9\u8b39\u614e\uff0c\u8a18\u4f4f\u9192\u76ee\u9632\u66ec\u3002<\/p>\n

【明報專訊】問﹕為什麼我塗了防曬用品，仍然有曬黑及脫皮的情况？<\/p>\n

答﹕不可單靠防曬用品作為唯一防曬措施，因為它只能在你的皮膚上形成一層過濾膜，小量紫外光仍能滲透入肌膚，仍然有機會被曬傷。要全面防曬，還要穿著適當的保護衣物，最好穿著長褲或長裙，或長度至少及膝的短褲，還應戴上帽子及太陽眼鏡。此外，盡可能找尋可遮陰的地方，因為這樣便可隔絕約75%的紫外線。<\/p>\n

到戶外前15分鐘 須塗SPF30防曬<\/p>\n

未能正確使用防曬用品也有機會令皮膚曬傷，到戶外逗留前15分鐘，便要塗抹SPF30或以上的防曬用品，並應每兩小時或按流汗程度重複塗抹。塗上足夠的防曬產品亦非常重要，一般而言，成人的全身約需用上35毫升的防曬產品。<\/p>\n

選用防曬用品時，亦要留意SPF及PA值。令皮膚受傷的主要為紫外線A及B，紫外線A會令皮膚變黑和老化，紫外線B則令皮膚曬傷和紅腫，無論是紫外線A或B，皆有可能導致皮膚癌。SPF值可反映延遲皮膚受紫外線B曬傷的能力，一般使用SPF 30至50的防曬產品，已可阻隔約97%至98%的紫外線B，雖然市面有標榜防曬指數高達SPF 100的防曬產品，但其實亦只可阻擋99%的紫外線B，效能幾乎和前者沒大分別，相反SPF度數過高或會阻塞毛孔，故應小心選擇。而PA後愈多+號，代表防紫外線A效能愈高。<\/p>\n

曬傷後皮膚出現變紅及脫皮的情况，過一段時間，可回復原狀，但紫外線對皮膚造成的其他傷害，例如患皮膚癌的風險，是日積月累，屬永久性的，故以後應謹慎，記住醒目防曬。<\/p>\n

紅褐小丘疹 或是癌前期病變<\/p>\n

問﹕父親經常戶外工作，他的手背出現了一些棕紅色的小斑塊，他說他的同輩朋友亦有同樣情况，請問這是否正常？<\/p>\n

答﹕中老年男士的臉、頸、手背、下唇等外露的部位，常見棕紅或褐色的鱗狀小丘疹，名為日光性角化症（Actinic Keratosis）。主要是由於表皮長期受陽光刺激致過度角化。由於偶會轉化為鱗狀細胞癌，故被視為癌前期的病變（Precancer Lesion）。所以建議你爸爸一定要定期檢查皮膚，如發現有任異常變化，便應請教醫生。<\/p>\n
