【明報專訊】日本撐竿跳選手荻田大樹早前突然聲名大噪，並非因為他在奧運大放異彩，而是他於資格賽中跳杆時讓下體撞在杆上。這一幕直播到世界各地，成為一時熱話。很多網民抵死地說他失了參賽機會，又遭逢男人最痛，十分可憐。據我觀察，荻田大樹或許撞傷了陰囊或睾丸，但因為沒有勃起，所以這次意外並未引致陰莖折斷，就是痛好一陣子。<\/p>\n

包皮繫帶拉傷 行房滿牀血<\/p>\n

除了在運動場，男士在牀上同樣可以傷及下體。數年前李先生（化名）與太太行房後，赫然發現滿牀是血，他同時感到龜頭疼痛，大驚之下立即求醫，原來是包皮繫帶（Frenulum）拉傷，可能是滋潤不足，摩擦之下引致擦傷。經檢查後，李先生的繫帶並無扯斷，毋須接受手術，但在休養期間須慎防陰莖勃起拉扯繫帶，於是我為他處方藥物和建議讓傷口「休息」二三星期。數周後李先生已經痊癒，至今沒有後遺症。<\/p>\n

包皮繫帶位於陰莖下方，用以固定及連接龜頭與包皮，陰莖勃起時，繫帶便會拉長；如果繫帶拉扯張力太大，當中的小血管亦會破裂而流血，但不是陰莖折斷。有些人割包皮時不小心令繫帶受損，便會不停流血，狀甚恐怖，但經休養後便無事。因繫帶受傷而求助的個案不多，不排除是男士諱疾忌醫，寧願啞忍。<\/p>\n

玩Happy Corner 或撞爆睾丸<\/p>\n

至於大學生最愛玩的Happy Corner，亦很易令下體受創。記得以前念書時在O Camp（迎生營）見過同學仔玩這個遊戲，大伙兒抬起一個男生，打開他雙腳，然後合力將他下體撞向柱或上下摩擦。同學覺得好玩，但隨時誤人一生。2004年中文大學新聞與傳播學院的學生雜誌《大學線》，便走訪了五間大學的308名學生，當中一成人表示曾因Happy Corner而受傷。很多同學玩瘋了，沒有注意力度；要是過猛，可對陰莖、睾丸及陰囊形成衝擊，有可能撞爆睾丸；若然下體在勃起狀態，更可能形成折斷，需要接受手術，日後可影響生育能力。畢竟下體是男人最脆弱的部位，大學生玩別的玩意就好。<\/p>\n
