\u81f3\u65bc\u8f15\u7c89\uff0c\u66f4\u5fc5\u9808\u907f\u4e4b\u5247\u5409\uff01\u300c\u8f15\u7c89\uff0c\u5373\u6c34\u9280\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u5916\u7528\u6709\u52a9\u6536\u6582\u50b7\u53e3\uff0c\u4f46\u6bd2\u6027\u5341\u5206\u5f37\u70c8\uff0c\u65bc\u9999\u6e2f\u7684\u300a\u4e2d\u91ab\u85e5\u689d\u4f8b\u300b\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c6c\u65bc\u9644\u8868\u4e00\u4e2d\u7684\u70c8\u6027\u4e2d\u85e5\uff0c\u548c\u7812\u971c\u3001\u751f\u8349\u70cf\u3001\u751f\u9644\u5b50\u7b49\u4e26\u5217\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u6642\u5fc5\u9808\u6975\u5c0f\u5fc3\u3002\u73fe\u6642\u9999\u6e2f\u5e02\u9762\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u7981\u552e\u8f15\u7c89\uff0c\u5373\u4f7f\u4f5c\u7814\u7a76\u3001\u85e5\u7528\uff0c\u4e5f\u9808\u63a5\u53d7\u56b4\u683c\u76e3\u7ba1\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n

【明報專訊】香港地，不少人受濕疹困擾！<\/p>\n

最近，不少人忙於「開爐煉膏」，提煉的，正是網上被捧為「濕疹剋星」的紫雲膏。<\/p>\n

紫雲膏，真能殺濕疹一個片甲不留？另外，網上流傳眾多「秘方」，教人自製紫雲膏，如何辨清真偽？<\/p>\n

潤膚燙傷暗瘡蟲咬 一膏搞掂<\/p>\n

提起紫雲膏，註冊中醫邱宇鋒表示，近年確實很流行，自己亦親身試驗過。是否如網上所言能解決濕疹煩惱？「有兩件事需澄清，紫雲膏不是什麼新式療法，早在明代中醫典籍已見記載，只是名稱不同，稱為『潤肌膏』；後來配方流傳至日本，並命名為紫雲膏。第二，紫雲膏用途十分廣泛，絕非專為濕疹而設，性質更接近『看門口用』的『萬用膏』，除了可潤膚，可治療燙傷、凍傷、暗瘡、蚊叮蟲咬等。」<\/p>\n

急性濕疹清熱解毒 助殺菌抗炎<\/p>\n

紫雲膏功效到底如何？「中、日兩地的紫雲膏，雖然配方不盡相同，但定必有紫草、當歸，這兩味藥材正是紫雲膏的精髓，有助紓緩濕疹。濕疹有急、慢性之分，針對急性濕疹，紫雲膏的效用更加明顯。」邱宇鋒解釋，急性濕疹，成因多和血熱有關，患處又紅又癢，不小心抓破皮，便會滲液潰瘍。「紫雲膏中的紫草，性味甘寒，滲入皮膚後可涼血、活血，達到紓緩之用。」此外，更有助抗敏褪紅。「紫草，具清熱解毒之效，可避免外邪入侵，某程度上，和現代醫學的消炎抗菌，概念相通；急性濕疹，破皮後傷口易受感染，紫草正可殺菌、減低炎症反應。但是，不宜過分誇大藥效，應視為輔助方法。」<\/p>\n

慢性濕疹效用低 不如補眠運動<\/p>\n

一旦到了慢性階段，紫雲膏剋制濕疹的能力， 相對較差。「濕疹持續三至六個月，已可視為慢性濕疹，皮膚除了痕癢，還會變得乾厚、脫皮，成因多和血虛、血瘀有關。理論上，紫雲膏中的當歸，性味辛溫，具補血、活血之用，有助紓緩徵狀。但慢性濕疹，和體質、飲食、作息關係極密切，外用紫雲膏，雖然仍有潤膚、保濕之用，但治療效果並不明顯。」邱宇鋒直言，自己患上慢性濕疹時，也曾使用紫雲膏，「但是依然痕癢，反而是多補眠、多運動，病情才大有改善」。<\/p>\n

紫雲膏在市面不易購買，但由於製法簡單，加上可確保藥材質素，所以不少人會在家自製。網上配方眾多，含有不同的藥材，有人聲稱加入冰片、輕粉，效果倍增，到底是否屬實？「並不建議加入！冰片揮發性極強，具醒神、清熱、開竅之用，添加至紫雲膏中，或可提升其他藥材的藥力、增加涼快感覺。然而，冰片可致孕婦流產，又或令俗稱蠶豆症的G6PD患者出現溶血現象，嚴重的可以致命，由於冰片藥性較難把握，安全起見不應加入。」<\/p>\n

至於輕粉，更必須避之則吉！「輕粉，即水銀化合物，外用有助收斂傷口，但毒性十分強烈，於香港的《中醫藥條例》中，屬於附表一中的烈性中藥，和砒霜、生草烏、生附子等並列，使用時必須極小心。現時香港市面，已經禁售輕粉，即使作研究、藥用，也須接受嚴格監管。」<\/p>\n

無註冊出售自製紫雲膏屬違法<\/p>\n

近年有報道指出，有市民自製紫雲膏後，於拍賣網站出售，屬於違法行為。「紫雲膏屬於中成藥，自製自用，又或中醫師在診症時，為病人個別調配，並不違法。然而，若想出售必須取得中成藥註冊，不然可判監、罰款。」<\/p>\n

邱宇鋒提醒，自製紫雲膏，除了藥材毒性外，也應注意使用方法，紫雲膏切忌內用，「濕疹發作時，每天可塗抹兩至三次，如果皮膚過於乾燥，可以增加次數。並應存放在陰涼角落或雪櫃中，保持質量、避免融化。」<\/p>\n
