【明報專訊】每次傳出急需肝臟救人的新聞，醫院就會收到好多電話，陳詩正說，即使與病人毫不認識，不少人自動請纓，願意捐肝救命。<\/p>\n

然而，救人之前，必須了解活體肝捐贈的詳細風險。<\/p>\n

「2004年，一位太太捐肝給丈夫，手術後十星期死亡。捐肝有死亡風險是真的，全世界有數十個案因而死亡。」陳詩正表示，一個捐肝手術約需六小時，死亡風險視乎捐贈肝臟大小。捐贈右肝，即三分之二肝臟，死亡風險高達0.5%；捐贈左肝，即三分之一肝臟，死亡風險約0.1%。<\/p>\n

捐贈者須不酗酒無濫藥<\/p>\n

除了死亡風險，還可能出現其他併發症，如：感染、切口疝、膽管問題、肝衰竭、肺炎等。根據瑪麗醫院肝臟移植中心的資料，捐贈者年齡為18至55歲，身心狀况良好，身高體重指數值（BMI）少於30，與受贈人血型脗合，非乙或丙型肝炎或愛滋病帶菌者，無酗酒或濫藥，未曾接受上腹手術，沒有懷孕，以及手術前後均得到親人支援。同時亦必須清楚明白以下各點： <\/p>\n

1. 手術會帶來痛苦和危險（併發症發生率為20％），甚至死亡<\/p>\n

2. 捐贈後，接受者手術未必成功（接受者手術成功率平均為90％）<\/p>\n

3. 捐贈決定完全出於個人願望，與家庭或醫務人員的外來壓力無關<\/p>\n

4. 不會有任何金錢報酬<\/p>\n

5. 捐贈者有權在任何時候，毋須任何理由，撤銷捐贈決定<\/p>\n
