\u300c\u5c0d\u65bc\u8f15\u5fae\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u7684\u60a3\u8005\uff0c\u91ab\u751f\u6709\u6642\u672a\u5fc5\u4e00\u958b\u59cb\u4fbf\u6703\u8655\u65b9\u964d\u8840\u58d3\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5148\u5efa\u8b70\u6539\u5584\u751f\u6d3b\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u5982\u6e1b\u5c11\u651d\u53d6\u9e7d\u5206\u3001\u5efa\u7acb\u904b\u52d5\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u4ee5\u6539\u5584\u8840\u58d3\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n

4. \u547c\u5438\u6ce8\u610f<\/p>\n

\u5f88\u591a\u4eba\u4ee5\u70ba\u9ad8\u8840\u58d3\u4e0d\u80fd\u8209\u555e\u9234\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u53ea\u8981\u9078\u64c7\u5408\u9069\u7684\u91cd\u91cf\uff0c\u4e26\u6ce8\u610f\u547c\u5438\uff0c\u4fbf\u53ef\u4ee5\u5b89\u5168\u5730\u505a\u91cd\u529b\u8a13\u7df4\u3002\u5982\u8209\u555e\u9234\u6642\uff0c\u91cd\u8907\u540c\u4e00\u52d5\u4f5c10\u6b21\uff0c\u800c\u7b2c11\u6b21\u6642\u89ba\u5f97\u6709\u4e9b\u75b2\u7d2f\uff0c\u4fbf\u662f\u5408\u9069\u7684\u91cd\u91cf\u3002\u5fcc\u4f7f\u7528\u592a\u91cd\u7684\u555e\u9234\uff0c\u4ee5\u514d\u4ee4\u8840\u58d3\u98c8\u5347\u3002<\/p>\n

【明報專訊】研究指出,持久的運動習慣,有助降血壓。<\/p>\n

然而,運動會令心跳加快,血壓上升。高血壓病人難免擔心,做運動令血壓飈升,甚至怕運動期間猝死!<\/p>\n

高血壓病人,應如何做運動?運動期間要注意什麼?註冊物理治療師提出四大要點,讓高血壓病人安心做運動!<\/p>\n

「運動時,血壓的確會上升,因身體的肌肉對血液的需求會增加,從而令心臟加強泵血。但高血壓病人不可因此不做運動,其實只需注意運動強度,避免過分激烈,運動對長遠控制血壓有好處。」香港復康會適健中心註冊物理治療師張秀儀說,研究顯示,長遠而言,帶氧運動能減低血壓6-7mmHg,從而有助減低中風風險14%、減低心血管疾病風險9%,所以運動對控制血壓的效果不俗。<\/p>\n

減中風、心血管病風險<\/p>\n

張秀儀說,估計運動對高血壓有效的原理是,運動可以影響神經傳導物質「兒茶酚胺激素」(Catecholamine)的分泌,兒茶酚胺激素的分泌減少,長遠有助降血壓。<\/p>\n

「對於輕微高血壓的患者,醫生有時未必一開始便會處方降血壓藥物,可能會先建議改善生活習慣,如減少攝取鹽分、建立運動習慣,以改善血壓。」<\/p>\n

張秀儀指出,高血壓病人做運動,要注意以下四大要點﹕<\/p>\n

運動不宜太劇烈 維持中強度<\/p>\n

1. 中等強度運動<\/p>\n

高血壓病人不宜做太劇烈的運動,宜維持於中等強度,即心跳率處於個人最高心跳率的50至70%。<\/p>\n

計算個人最高心跳率的公式為220減去年齡,以40歲人士為例,計算如下﹕220-40=180次\/分鐘。假設最高心跳率可達至每分鐘180次,而最高心跳率的50至70%,即每分鐘心跳由90至126次不等。<\/p>\n

患者可以佩戴心跳帶或智能手表,自行在運動時監測心跳,或自行根據辛苦程度評估。辛苦程度評估可分為0至10分,0分為好舒服,呼吸自然猶如坐着,10分則幾乎辛苦至需要入院。高血壓病人做運動時,最多只可維持於5至6分的辛苦程度,即運動時有點喘氣但仍可與人聊天。<\/p>\n

2. 由大肌肉伸展及踏步開始<\/p>\n

想靠運動長遠控制血壓,一星期須有6天運動,每天持續30分鐘,或可每天分3次進行,每次持續10分鐘,對控制血壓、維持心血管健康都有好效果。如平日少做運動,可先進行大肌肉伸展作熱身,帶動心臟泵血,令身體慢慢適應運動,此舉有助防止肌肉拉傷及心跳突然急速跳動;繼而,由較輕鬆的帶氧運動開始,如踏步5分鐘,令身體的整體溫度上升,如身體沒有不適徵狀,則可前往公園步行或急步行。<\/p>\n

運動前一小時服血壓藥最佳<\/p>\n

3. 血壓監察<\/p>\n

高血壓本身不會有太多病徵,所以要靠平日量度血壓,監察身體狀况,如血壓控制得宜,運動時心跳率維持在適當水平,行山、跑步等任何運動都可以進行。記緊不能單以一次血壓紀錄為準,至少留意3至5天甚至一星期的血壓。而血壓很易受其他因素影響而波動,如運動後、見醫生時心情緊張等,血壓可能會較高,這些時候血壓不算十分準確,在家中安靜下來時量度則為最準確反映自身血壓。<\/p>\n

若運動前血壓已偏高,如上壓180或以上、下壓110或以上,則不適合做任何運動,即使太極、拉筋等輕鬆的運動亦不適宜,如果服藥後仍無助降血壓,須立即求醫。<\/p>\n

此外,不宜在服食降血壓藥物後立即做運動,因為藥效可能未發揮作用,血壓會過高。最好在運動前一小時服藥;而血壓過高或過低、時高時低等,都不宜開始運動。<\/p>\n

4. 呼吸注意<\/p>\n

很多人以為高血壓不能舉啞鈴,其實只要選擇合適的重量,並注意呼吸,便可以安全地做重力訓練。如舉啞鈴時,重複同一動作10次,而第11次時覺得有些疲累,便是合適的重量。忌使用太重的啞鈴,以免令血壓飈升。<\/p>\n

此外,宜維持正常呼吸,如能配合,最好在呼氣時用力舉起啞鈴,避免於吸氣時「谷一口氣」用力舉啞鈴,因此舉易令血壓飈升。<\/p>\n

■高血壓定義<\/p>\n

上壓逾140 下壓逾90<\/p>\n

根據世界衛生組織定義,高血壓指人體在休息的狀態下,經多次量度,血壓高於140(上壓)\/ 90(下壓)mmHg。香港復康會適健中心註冊物理治療師張秀儀說,可按以下輕微至嚴重程度區分﹕<\/p>\n

正常血壓﹕<\/p>\n

上壓低於120mmHg;下壓低於80mmHg<\/p>\n

血壓正常至高﹕<\/p>\n

上壓120-139mmHg;下壓80-89mmHg<\/p>\n

血壓高(輕微)﹕<\/p>\n

上壓140-159mmHg;下壓90-99mmHg<\/p>\n

血壓高(中等)﹕<\/p>\n

上壓160-179mmHg;下壓100-109mmHg<\/p>\n

血壓高(嚴重)﹕<\/p>\n

上壓180mmHg或以上;下壓110mmHg或以上<\/p>\n
