\u5bb6\u4eba\u966a\u5bbf\u3000\u5b78\u8d77\u5c45\u8b77\u7406<\/p>\n

\u8cfd\u99ac\u6703\u5584\u5be7\u4e4b\u5bb6\u9f13\u52f5\u75c5\u8005\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u8f2a\u6d41\u7559\u5bbf\u966a\u4f34\u75c5\u8005\u3002\u91ab\u8b77\u4eba\u54e1\u9664\u4e86\u70ba\u80e1\u4f2f\u8655\u7406\u75db\u75c7\uff0c\u4ea6\u70ba\u966a\u5bbf\u7684\u80e1\u592a\u63d0\u4f9b\u8d77\u5c45\u8b77\u7406\u57f9\u8a13\uff0c\u89e3\u91cb\u5404\u7a2e\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u6548\u7528\u548c\u670d\u7528\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e26\u6307\u5c0e\u5979\u4e00\u65e6\u80e1\u4f2f\u75c5\u60c5\u53cd\u8986\u6642\u5982\u4f55\u61c9\u5c0d\u3002\u7d93\u6307\u5c0e\u5f8c\uff0c\u80e1\u592a\u5c0d\u7167\u9867\u4e08\u592b\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u6709\u4fe1\u5fc3\u53ca\u5b89\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5c0d\u665a\u671f\u75c5\u8005\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u8d77\u7240\u80fd\u770b\u5230\u6668\u66e6\u5be6\u5728\u7f8e\u597d\uff0c\u80e1\u4f2f\u6bcf\u5929\u90fd\u6703\u9760\u5728\u7a97\u908a\u4eab\u53d7\u6668\u5149\u3002\u5230\u4e86\u7528\u9910\u6642\u9593\uff0c\u9662\u820d\u7e3d\u5eda\u7cbe\u5fc3\u70f9\u8abf\u5404\u6b3e\u80e1\u4f2f\u6700\u611b\u7684\u6599\u7406\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e0d\u7981\u8c4e\u8d77\u62c7\u6307\u7a31\u8b9a\u300c\u597d\u98df\u5230\u4e0d\u9858\u610f\u8d70\u300d\u3002\u5348\u98ef\u5f8c\uff0c\u80e1\u4f2f\u548c\u592a\u592a\u5728\u6236\u5916\u82b1\u5712\u6563\u6b65\u3002\u82b1\u5712\u5167\u6089\u5fc3\u683d\u7a2e\u7684\u82b1\u5349\u8349\u6728\u3001\u5be7\u975c\u7684\u74b0\u5883\u8207\u57ce\u9580\u6cb3\u7684\u98a8\u5149\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u6eab\u6696\u7684\u51ac\u65e5\u967d\u5149\uff0c\u70ba\u80e1\u4f2f\u592b\u5a66\u7684\u5348\u5f8c\u6642\u5149\u589e\u8272\u4e0d\u5c11\u3002\u80e1\u4f2f\u73cd\u60dc\u8207\u5bb6\u4eba\u76f8\u8655\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u523b\uff0c\u5728\u623f\u9593\u5167\u8207\u5bb6\u4eba\u9592\u8ac7\uff0c\u7a97\u5916\u91d1\u8272\u7684\u967d\u5149\uff0c\u6620\u7167\u7740\u5728\u82b1\u5712\u4e2d\u904a\u73a9\u7684\u5b6b\u5152\u5011\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u6696\u900f\u4eba\u5fc3\u7684\u756b\u9762\uff0c\u90fd\u6210\u70ba\u80e1\u4f2f\u7121\u53ef\u66ff\u4ee3\u7684\u56de\u61b6\u3002<\/p>\n

\u80e1\u4f2f\u6709\u5144\u5f1f\u59ca\u59b9\u5171\u516b\u4eba\uff0c\u5404\u81ea\u6210\u5bb6\uff0c\u5152\u5b6b\u6eff\u5802\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u6574\u500b\u5bb6\u65cf\u56db\u5341\u591a\u53e3\u805a\u9996\u4e00\u5802\uff0c\u662f\u80e1\u4f2f\u7684\u5fc3\u9858\u3002\u5728\u500b\u6848\u7d93\u7406\u5354\u52a9\u4e0b\uff0c\u80e1\u4f2f\u7d42\u5f97\u511f\u6240\u9858\uff0c\u9080\u8acb\u6240\u6709\u89aa\u4eba\u5230\u9662\u820d\u5167\u8209\u884c\u5927\u578b\u5bb6\u5ead\u6d3e\u5c0d\u3002\u5728\u6d3e\u5c0d\u4e2d\uff0c\u4ed6\u5c0d\u89aa\u53cb\u7b11\u8a00\uff1a\u300c\u6211\u73fe\u5728\u5ba3\u5e03\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6b7b\u8a0a\uff0c\u5404\u4f4d\u4eca\u5f8c\u4e0d\u7528\u518d\u627e\u6211\u62dc\u5e74\u3002\u300d\u80e1\u4f2f\u89e3\u91cb\uff1a\u300c\u9019\u6a23\u505a\u66f4\u52a0\u9ad8\u8208\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u53c8\u4e0d\u7528\u5728\u9748\u5802\u4e2d\u54ed\u54ed\u557c\u557c\u4e86\uff01\u73fe\u6642\u6211\u5df2\u7d93\u6c92\u6709\u907a\u61be\u4e86\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n

\u5728\u63a5\u53d7\u8cfd\u99ac\u6703\u5584\u5be7\u4e4b\u5bb6\u7684\u7d13\u7de9\u6cbb\u7642\u5f8c\uff0c\u80e1\u4f2f\u8eab\u9ad4\u60c5\u51b5\u53ca\u7cbe\u795e\u72c0\u614b\u5927\u6709\u6539\u5584\u3002\u73fe\u6642\u80e1\u4f2f\u5df2\u7d93\u51fa\u9662\uff0c\u7e7c\u7e8c\u5728\u5bb6\u63a5\u53d7\u5bb6\u5c45\u7d13\u7de9\u7167\u8b77\u670d\u52d9\uff0c\u7531\u91ab\u8b77\u4eba\u54e1\u4e0a\u9580\u70ba\u4ed6\u63d0\u4f9b\u8a55\u4f30\u53ca\u7167\u8b77\u300212\u6708\u4e0b\u65ec\uff0c\u80e1\u4f2f\u5728\u500b\u6848\u7d93\u7406\u5354\u52a9\u4e0b\u91cd\u56de\u9662\u820d\u66ab\u4f4f\u6578\u5929\uff0c\u8207\u5bb6\u4eba\u5171\u4eab\u51ac\u81f3\u805a\u9910\u3002<\/p>\n

【明報專訊】一個人出生時受盡萬千寵愛，但當步入晚年，又可否在至親的陪伴下，有尊嚴地享受最後時光？<\/p>\n

數字顯示，截至2014年3月底，公立醫院共有約360張紓緩治療病牀。隨着人口老齡化及各種慢性疾病日趨普遍，寧養紓緩照顧服務需求將更見殷切。<\/p>\n

69歲的胡伯，早年被確診患上癌症，儘管他數年前曾接受手術，但手術後遺症一直嚴重困擾他的日常生活：「手術後，經常上廁所，任何地方都不敢去。」癌細胞擴散令胡伯近月病情反覆，缺乏自我照顧能力，為家人帶來壓力。去年11月中，胡伯女兒透過互聯網認識賽馬會善寧之家，隨即致電與職員聯絡。經醫護團隊評估後，胡伯先後獲安排家居紓緩服務及入院接受紓緩治療。<\/p>\n

家人陪宿　學起居護理<\/p>\n

賽馬會善寧之家鼓勵病者家庭成員輪流留宿陪伴病者。醫護人員除了為胡伯處理痛症，亦為陪宿的胡太提供起居護理培訓，解釋各種藥物的效用和服用方法，並指導她一旦胡伯病情反覆時如何應對。經指導後，胡太對照顧丈夫變得更有信心及安心。<\/p>\n

對晚期病者而言，起牀能看到晨曦實在美好，胡伯每天都會靠在窗邊享受晨光。到了用餐時間，院舍總廚精心烹調各款胡伯最愛的料理，他不禁豎起拇指稱讚「好食到不願意走」。午飯後，胡伯和太太在戶外花園散步。花園內悉心栽種的花卉草木、寧靜的環境與城門河的風光，加上溫暖的冬日陽光，為胡伯夫婦的午後時光增色不少。胡伯珍惜與家人相處的每一刻，在房間內與家人閒談，窗外金色的陽光，映照着在花園中遊玩的孫兒們。這些暖透人心的畫面，都成為胡伯無可替代的回憶。<\/p>\n

胡伯有兄弟姊妹共八人，各自成家，兒孫滿堂，能夠整個家族四十多口聚首一堂，是胡伯的心願。在個案經理協助下，胡伯終得償所願，邀請所有親人到院舍內舉行大型家庭派對。在派對中，他對親友笑言：「我現在宣布自己的死訊，各位今後不用再找我拜年。」胡伯解釋：「這樣做更加高興，大家又不用在靈堂中哭哭啼啼了！現時我已經沒有遺憾了。」<\/p>\n

好轉回家 醫護上門協助<\/p>\n

在接受賽馬會善寧之家的紓緩治療後，胡伯身體情况及精神狀態大有改善。現時胡伯已經出院，繼續在家接受家居紓緩照護服務，由醫護人員上門為他提供評估及照護。12月下旬，胡伯在個案經理協助下重回院舍暫住數天，與家人共享冬至聚餐。<\/p>\n

對病者而言，再專業的醫護人員都比不上家人由衷的愛和照顧。最好的寧養紓緩服務，是讓病者與家人在相互支持下，共度最寶貴和美好的相聚時光。<\/p>\n
