\u6211\u4e5f\u8a8d\u8b58\u4ed6\u8001\u95c6\u7684\u8655\u4e8b\u4f5c\u98a8\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u660e\u767d\u9019\u4f4d\u540c\u4e8b\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u3002\u807d\u4ed6\u8aaa\u4e86\u534a\u5929\uff0c\u6211\u4fbf\u554f\ufe55\u300c\u4f60\u6191\u4ec0\u9ebc\u76f8\u4fe1\u5176\u4ed6\u5730\u65b9\u7684\u8001\u95c6\u5c31\u6c92\u6709\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u554f\u984c\u5462\uff1f\u300d\u4ed6\u60f3\u4e86\u4e00\u6703\uff0c\u8aaa\ufe55\u300c\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\uff01\u53ea\u662f\u6211\u518d\u53d7\u4e0d\u4e86\uff01\u300d<\/p>\n

\u898b\u4ed6\u5982\u6b64\u6fc0\u52d5\uff0c\u65bc\u662f\u6211\u8f49\u63db\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u5e36\u4ed6\u5230\u91ab\u9662\u65b0\u958b\u7684\u5496\u5561\u5e97\u5750\u4e0b\u3002\u300c\u4f60\u8a8d\u8b58\u4f60\u7684\u8001\u95c6\u55ce\uff1f\u300d\u807d\u4e86\u6211\u7684\u554f\u984c\u5f8c\uff0c\u4ed6\u958b\u59cb\u611f\u5230\u6709\u9ede\u4e0d\u8010\u7169\uff0c\u4fbf\u8aaa\ufe55\u300c\u525b\u525b\u6211\u4e0d\u662f\u5df2\u5411\u4f60\u75db\u9673\u4ed6\u7684\u6bdb\u75c5\u4e86\u5427\uff1f\u300d\u65bc\u662f\u6211\u554f\ufe55\u300c\u6211\u7406\u89e3\u4f60\u5c0d\u4ed6\u7684\u6279\u8a55\uff0c\u4f46\u4f60\u8a8d\u8b58\u4ed6\u7684\u512a\u9ede\u55ce\uff1f\u300d\u4ed6\u5f88\u6115\u7136\uff0c\u8aaa\ufe55\u300c\u6211\u8001\u95c6\u7684\u512a\u9ede\uff1f\uff01\u300d<\/p>\n

\u6211\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u4e0b\u5c6c\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6211\u4e5f\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u8001\u95c6\u3002\u8eab\u70ba\u4e0b\u5c6c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5f88\u5bb9\u6613\u8dcc\u9032\u4e00\u500b\u9677\u9631\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u559c\u6b61\u6311\u5254\u8001\u95c6\u7684\u7f3a\u9ede\uff0c\u800c\u5ffd\u7565\u4ed6\u7684\u512a\u9ede\u53ca\u5f37\u9805\u3002\u8a66\u60f3\u60f3\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u4ee5\u501f\u52a9\u8001\u95c6\u7684\u7f3a\u9ede\u4ee4\u4f60\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8b8a\u5f97\u9806\u5229\u6216\u53d7\u8cde\u8b58\u55ce\uff1f\u5176\u5be6\u6240\u6709\u8001\u95c6\u90fd\u662f\u51e1\u4eba\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u6709\u9577\u8655\u4e5f\u5fc5\u7136\u6709\u77ed\u8655\u53ca\u76f2\u9ede\u3002\u8981\u5de5\u4f5c\u9054\u6a19\u6216\u8d85\u6a19\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u9700\u8981\u5f9e\u8001\u95c6\u7684\u96d9\u773c\u53bb\u770b\u4ed6\u7684\u4e16\u754c\uff0c\u660e\u767d\u4ed6\u7684\u50f9\u503c\u89c0\u53ca\u4ed6\u7684\u6182\u616e\u3002\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u4e0d\u8a8d\u540c\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u4f46\u82e5\u4e0d\u9996\u5148\u8a2d\u8eab\u8655\u5730\u53bb\u5617\u8a66\u4e86\u89e3\u4ed6\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u53c8\u6191\u4ec0\u9ebc\u8aaa\u4e0d\u8a8d\u540c\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n

\u8acb\u4e0d\u8981\u8aa4\u6703\uff0c\u6211\u4e0d\u662f\u9f13\u5439\u64e6\u978b\u6587\u5316\u3001\u4ec0\u9ebc\u8001\u95c6\u6c38\u9060\u662f\u5c0d\u7684\u3002\u76f8\u53cd\uff0c\u4e00\u500b\u4e0b\u5c6c\u82e5\u7136\u80fd\u5920\u51e1\u4e8b\u8a2d\u8eab\u8655\u5730\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u5225\u4eba\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\u53ca\u6182\u616e\uff0c\u4ed6\u624d\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u5411\u8001\u95c6\u8aaa\u4e0d\uff08we earn to disagree with our boss\uff09\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u5f71\u97ff\u8001\u95c6\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n

\u6211\u76f8\u4fe1\u6bcf\u500b\u8001\u95c6\u7e3d\u6709\u4ed6\u7684\u5f37\u9805\uff0c\u61c2\u5f97\u501f\u52a9\u4ed6\u7684\u512a\u9ede\u624d\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ee4\u6211\u5011\u4e8b\u4e8b\u9054\u6a19\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\u53d7\u5230\u8cde\u8b58\u3002\u7121\u53ef\u5426\u8a8d\uff0c\u7684\u78ba\u6709\u4e9b\u8001\u95c6\u5f88\u96e3\u76f8\u8655\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u559c\u6b61\u6311\u5254\u3001\u63a8\u5378\u8cac\u4efb\u3001\u597d\u5927\u559c\u529f\u7b49\uff0c\u5982\u4f55\u8207\u5dee\u52a3\u7684\u8001\u95c6\u76f8\u8655\u662f\u4e00\u9580\u9ad8\u6df1\u7684\u5b78\u554f\u3002\u4f46\u5b78\u7fd2\u8207\u8001\u95c6\u76f8\u8655\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u8ab2\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u4e0d\u55ae\u8981\u91dd\u5c0d\u4ed6\u7684\u7f3a\u9ede\uff0c\u66f4\u8981\u8a8d\u8b58\u4ed6\u7684\u5f37\u9805\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u624d\u80fd\u5920\u63d0\u5347\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u60c5\u5546\uff08EQ\uff09\u53ca\u5de5\u4f5c\u8868\u73fe\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9019\u5bb9\u6613\u8fa6\u5230\u55ce\uff1f\u7576\u7136\u4e0d\u6613\uff0c\u4eba\u7e3d\u611b\u96a8\u7740\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u559c\u597d\u53ca\u89c0\u9ede\u505a\u4e8b\uff0c\u7576\u6211\u5011\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u8868\u73fe\u53d7\u5230\u6279\u8a55\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u6b78\u548e\u65bc\u8001\u95c6\u4e0d\u660e\u767d\u3001\u6b20\u7f3a\u9ad4\u8ad2\u53ca\u5c0d\u81ea\u5df1\u6709\u504f\u898b\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u6709\u591a\u5c11\u4eba\u80fd\u627f\u8a8d\u53ca\u514b\u670d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u7f3a\u9ede\uff1f\u7d93\u9a57\u544a\u8a34\u6211\uff0c\u7d55\u5c11\u4eba\u80fd\u5920\u81ea\u6211\u6539\u9032\uff0c\u628a\u81ea\u5df1\u63d0\u5347\u70ba\u66f4\u6210\u529f\u7684\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n

【明報專訊】「陳教授，我打算辭職了！」一位年青同事含着淚水向我告別。他在部門工作了五年，表現一向中規中矩，既無大錯，也無驚喜。自從新老闆上場後，他覺得日子愈來愈難捱，因為在他眼中，這位新老闆既要求高又愛挑剔。工作量不但比以往高出數倍，還經常被新老闆召見，每次都被批評得體無完膚，半點讚賞或體恤也沒有。這位年青同事向我大吐苦水，不停地數他老闆的種種不是。<\/p>\n

我也認識他老闆的處事作風，所以明白這位同事的感受。聽他說了半天，我便問﹕「你憑什麼相信其他地方的老闆就沒有同樣的問題呢？」他想了一會，說﹕「不知道！只是我再受不了！」<\/p>\n

見他如此激動，於是我轉換環境，帶他到醫院新開的咖啡店坐下。「你認識你的老闆嗎？」聽了我的問題後，他開始感到有點不耐煩，便說﹕「剛剛我不是已向你痛陳他的毛病了吧？」於是我問﹕「我理解你對他的批評，但你認識他的優點嗎？」他很愕然，說﹕「我老闆的優點？！」<\/p>\n

只挑剔缺點 忽略優點強項<\/p>\n

我有很多下屬，同時我也有不少老闆。身為下屬，我們很容易跌進一個陷阱，就是喜歡挑剔老闆的缺點，而忽略他的優點及強項。試想想，你可以借助老闆的缺點令你的工作變得順利或受賞識嗎？其實所有老闆都是凡人，他們有長處也必然有短處及盲點。要工作達標或超標，我們需要從老闆的雙眼去看他的世界，明白他的價值觀及他的憂慮。我們可能有不認同的地方，但若不首先設身處地去嘗試了解他的想法，又憑什麼說不認同呢？<\/p>\n

請不要誤會，我不是鼓吹擦鞋文化、什麼老闆永遠是對的。相反，一個下屬若然能夠凡事設身處地，了解別人的想法及憂慮，他才有能力向老闆說不（we earn to disagree with our boss），從而影響老闆的決定。<\/p>\n

我相信每個老闆總有他的強項，懂得借助他的優點才可以令我們事事達標、工作受到賞識。無可否認，的確有些老闆很難相處，例如喜歡挑剔、推卸責任、好大喜功等，如何與差劣的老闆相處是一門高深的學問。但學習與老闆相處的第一課，就是不單要針對他的缺點，更要認識他的強項，我們才能夠提升自己的情商（EQ）及工作表現。<\/p>\n

被批評卻不懂自省<\/p>\n

這容易辦到嗎？當然不易，人總愛隨着自己的喜好及觀點做事，當我們的工作表現受到批評，除了歸咎於老闆不明白、欠缺體諒及對自己有偏見之外，有多少人能承認及克服自己的缺點？經驗告訴我，絕少人能夠自我改進，把自己提升為更成功的人。<\/p>\n

最後那位年青同事還是辭職了。我明白要他改變自己的思維談何容易，我也花了不少歲月及碰了多口釘才漸漸體會這個道理，希望他往後不要再多走迂迴的道路。<\/p>\n
