觀：我的鼻樑不高，鼻頭又闊。如何隆鼻？<\/p>\n

張：隆鼻可以十分複雜，醫生需仔細處理。亞洲人常見的問題是鼻樑太低，鼻頭皮膚太厚或鼻形較闊。隆鼻方法，常用有兩種：注射透明質酸和放入假體。<\/p>\n

以改善鼻頭為例，以前就會放入L形假體，可是效果並不自然。現在會結合不同做法，例如：鼻樑位置放入假體，配合手術做出鼻尖；有時候，手術需要用到軟骨，需要從鼻中隔或耳仔骨取出。<\/p>\n

■單用透明質酸 改鼻形效果欠佳<\/p>\n

鄭﹕注射透明質酸隆鼻又有什麼難處和風險？<\/p>\n

張：注入物料，效果主要是變大；所以單靠注射透明質酸，對於改善鼻形，效果並不理想，大多需要手術配合。<\/p>\n

注射透明質酸最常見的問題，就是注射位置不佳；另外，傷口可能會受到細菌感染，導致發炎。<\/p>\n

最近有位隆鼻後病人來求助。她想鼻尖高些，於是去注射隆鼻。不過，注入的透明質酸質地較實（好像牙膏質地），令到鼻頭血管受損，皮膚出現初期壞死情况，這情况我也很難善後。<\/p>\n

■削骨瘦面 風險不小<\/p>\n

觀：削顴骨手術有什麼風險？<\/p>\n

張：凡是臉骨整形，風險不小。削顴骨屬於大手術，醫生先跟病人討論，再作評估，還須配合適當設計。許多時候，不是單靠磨骨就可以達到效果。醫生或會鋸骨，或把特定位置做成骨折，才能改變面形。<\/p>\n

■外地整形 言語不通 良莠不齊<\/p>\n

記：近年，不少人選擇到外地（如：韓國、台灣、日本等）整形。對於有意思前往外地整形的人士，醫生有什麼建議？有什麼需要注意？<\/p>\n

張：考慮整形與否，必須跟整形外科醫生深入討論，並且清楚了解手術過程和風險。病人和醫生的溝通，十分重要。如果去到外地，若言語不通，單靠翻譯，可能出現問題。<\/p>\n

另外，整形水平參差，必須小心揀選診所或醫院。以首爾為例，它約有1400間美容整形機構，並非全部都是由整形外科醫生主理。究竟由什麼醫生或什麼人施手術，無人知道。又或者，時下流行某一特定的審美時尚，有些診所或醫院，不論病人什麼要求，都是做出同一模樣，卻未必適合自己。<\/p>\n

最後，不要以為完成整形手術，就不存在問題。手術過後的照料和跟進，也需要慎重考慮。<\/p>\n
