【明報專訊】鄭志文醫生今天做了三文治，看似簡單，原來，他試過無數配搭，才揀選了兩種餡料。<\/p>\n

「我吃到十分美味的芝士，但不知道是什麼芝士。還有，應該是無花果果醬。」張永融醫生舌頭很靈敏，對老同學鄭志文炮製的三文治讚不絕口。<\/p>\n

鄭醫生又問：「厲害！那麼，這款三文治跟整形科有什麼關係？」<\/p>\n

「由於出現多宗食物中毒個案，食物安全中心早前禁止台灣某品牌的三文治進口及在香港出售。」張醫生繼續借題發揮，「連三文治都有監管，我覺得十分奇怪，在醫療儀器規管方面，香港猶如野蠻之地。現時，除了危險藥物和放射性物質是有條例監管，其他醫療儀器（包括激光美容儀器、高能聚焦超聲波等）的監管和使用都沒有規範，導致不少燒傷個案。香港實在太過落後」。<\/p>\n

張醫生說，最近有一位病人，網購一些醫療美容儀器，是一個微針滾輪和一支精華素。她放在面部滾動按摩，結果面部皮膚感染，導致嚴重發炎，有些皮膚組織更加出現初步壞死迹象。<\/p>\n

一提到醫學界和社會上各種不妥，張醫生就憤憤不平、不吐不快。兩位醫生是大學同學，鄭說：「他其實是時事專家。讀書時已經是這樣，任何事情都可以扯上時事議題。」<\/p>\n
