lymphoma\uff09\uff0c\u6548\u679c\u986f\u8457\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u91ab\u751f\u5148\u5f9e\u75c5\u8005\u8840\u6db2\u6536\u96c6\u8db3\u5920\u6578\u91cfT\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d30\u80de\uff08T lymphocytes\uff09\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5728\u7121\u83cc\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u70baT\u7d30\u80de\u4f5c\u57fa\u56e0\u6539\u9020\u5de5\u7a0b\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u5d4c\u5408\u6297\u539f\u53d7\u9ad4\uff08chimeric antigen receptor\uff09\u3002\u7d93\u6539\u9020\u5f8c\u7684T\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u80fd\u5920\u78ba\u8a8d\u76ee\u6a19\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u4e0a\u7279\u5b9a\u6297\u539f\uff0c\u6d88\u6ec5\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u5229\u7528CAR-T\u6cbb\u7642B\u7d30\u80de\u767d\u8840\u75c5\u6216\u6dcb\u5df4\u764c\uff0c\u91dd\u5c0d\u7684\u662fCD19\u6297\u539f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f9e\u8840\u6db2\u6536\u96c6T\u6dcb\u5df4\u7d30\u80de\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u7c21\u55ae\u6b65\u9a5f\uff0c\u5229\u7528\u7d30\u80de\u5206\u96e2\u5100\u5668\u63a1\u96c6\u6240\u9700T\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5c07\u9918\u4e0b\u8840\u6db2\u6210\u5206\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7d05\u8840\u7403\u53ca\u8840\u6f3f\u56de\u8f38\u7d66\u75c5\u8005\u3002\u5728\u7121\u83cc\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5167\uff0c\u6280\u8853\u54e1\u5229\u7528\u57fa\u56e0\u5de5\u7a0b\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u4ee4\u75c5\u4ebaT\u7d30\u80de\u8868\u9054\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u5d4c\u5408\u6297\u539f\u53d7\u9ad4\uff0c\u5982CD19\u53d7\u9ad4\uff0cT\u7d30\u80de\u56e0\u6b64\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b58\u5225\u76ee\u6a19\u764c\u7d30\u80de\u4e0a\u6297\u539f\u86cb\u767d\u8ceaCD19\u3002\u57fa\u56e0\u6539\u9020\u5f8c\u7684T\u7d30\u80de\u9700\u8981\u5728\u5be6\u9a57\u5ba4\u5167\u7e41\u6b96\uff0c\u76ee\u6a19\u9054\u5230\u6240\u9700\u6578\u767e\u842c\u500bCAR-T\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u6574\u500b\u904e\u7a0b\u9700\u6642\u6578\u661f\u671f\u3002\u6709\u8db3\u5920CAR-T\u7d30\u80de\u5f8c\uff0c\u7d30\u80de\u6703\u51b7\u51cd\u81f3\u96f6\u4e0b150\u2103\uff0c\u4ee5\u7dad\u6301\u5176\u751f\u547d\u529b\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\u9069\u6642\u9001\u5230\u91ab\u9662\uff0c\u89e3\u51cd\u5f8c\u4ee5\u985e\u4f3c\u8f38\u8840\u65b9\u6cd5\u56de\u8f38\u7d66\u75c5\u8005\u3002\u56de\u8f38\u524d\uff0c\u60a3\u8005\u4e00\u822c\u9700\u8981\u63a5\u53d7\u9069\u91cf\u5316\u7642\uff0c\u6709\u52a9CAR-T\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u9ad4\u5167\u7e41\u6b96\uff0c\u767c\u63ee\u529f\u6548\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr
