【明報專訊】各種遺傳病中，色盲算是常見而又毋須多作處理的一種。養和醫院醫學遺傳科主任林德深指出，色盲對眼睛功能影響不嚴重，患者依然可以有正常視力，只是無法分辨部分顏色，生活上可能不便，例如衣服配搭會不小心撞色等。<\/p>\n

色盲有三大類，分別是紅綠色、藍黃色及全色盲，當中以紅綠色盲最為常見，成因是X染色體上兩個基因出現變異，影響眼底的視錐細胞運作，以致無法分辨紅綠兩色。至於藍黃色盲及全色盲都為顯性遺傳，並牽涉多組基因。<\/p>\n

華人發病率7% 男性較多<\/p>\n

林德深稱，色盲在華人的發病率約7%，男性患者較多，他見過患有色盲的同事，以「朱古力色領帶配泥黃色外套」，明顯在配衫襯色方面出了問題，但並無影響工作或其他表現，並笑指該名同事結婚後有人打理衣著，問題便迎刃而解。<\/p>\n

他說，色盲雖然常見，但就如該同事一樣，只是對日常生活構成不便，因此準父母不會亦毋須因此而做胎兒檢測。不過，對於一些會帶來嚴重及健康危害的遺傳病，就需要及早偵察和處理，例如唐氏綜合症及蠶豆症，前者可能要考慮終止懷孕，後者則要預防溶血帶來的併發症，如腦癱及貧血等。他表示，唐氏綜合症是產檢中的常規檢測，而本地初生嬰兒亦會接受蠶豆症普查，以及早發現患病。<\/p>\n
