\u4ed6\u81ea\u554f\u6c92\u6709\u505a\u904e\u4efb\u4f55\u5c0d\u4e0d\u8d77\u592a\u592a\u7684\u4e8b\u60c5\uff0c\u4f55\u4ee5\u592a\u592a\u7a81\u7136\u4e0d\u518d\u611b\u4ed6\uff1f\u4ed6\u5df2\u7d93\u505a\u8db3\u4e08\u592b\u7684\u672c\u5206\uff0c\u5f88\u52aa\u529b\u7dad\u7e6b\u5bb6\u5ead\uff0c\u4f46\u70ba\u4f55\u5979\u4e0d\u73cd\u60dc\uff1f\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u4ed6\u5006\u7684\u611b\u6703\u8b8a\u5f97\u5982\u65af\u8106\u5f31\uff1f<\/p>\n

\u4ed6\u56de\u60f3\u8d77\u6700\u8fd1\u592b\u59bb\u5435\u67b6\uff0c\u592a\u592a\u63a7\u8a34\u4ed6\uff0c\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\u6c92\u6709\u9032\u6b65\u904e\uff0c\u8207\u5979\u7684\u8ddd\u96e2\u6108\u4f86\u6108\u9060\u3002\u7576\u6642\u4ed6\u60b6\u5728\u5fc3\u88cf\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u518d\u722d\u8faf\u3002\u4f46\u73fe\u5728\uff0c\u4ed6\u52aa\u529b\u5c0b\u627e\u7b54\u6848\uff0c\u7a76\u7adf\u592a\u592a\u662f\u5426\u5acc\u68c4\u4ed6\u6536\u5165\u4e0d\u5920\u9ad8\uff0c\u662f\u5426\u89ba\u5f97\u4ed6\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e0d\u5230\u5979\u60f3\u8981\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u89ba\u5f97\u4ed6\u672a\u5920\u95dc\u5fc3\u5979\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u624d\u6703\u653e\u68c4\u4ed6\u3002\u6291\u6216\u662f\u5979\u8b8a\u4e86\uff0c\u8b8a\u6210\u4e00\u500b\u964c\u751f\u4eba\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u7576\u521d\u8a8d\u8b58\u7684\u5979\u3002<\/p>\n

\u9019\u4ef6\u4e8b\u5e36\u7d66\u4ed6\u6975\u5927\u6253\u64ca\uff0c\u4ed6\u5f88\u77db\u76fe\u3002\u4ed6\u6709\u60f3\u904e\u96e2\u5a5a\uff0c\u4f46\u53c8\u4e0d\u6368\uff0c\u4e00\u60f3\u5230\u8981\u96e2\u958b\u592a\u592a\uff0c\u5fc3\u5c31\u5be6\u4e86\u3002\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u4ed6\u8ddf\u592a\u592a\u6c92\u6709\u5206\u958b\u904e\uff0c\u4ed6\u64d4\u5fc3\u6703\u4e0d\u7fd2\u6163\u3002\u4f46\u5982\u4e0d\u96e2\u5a5a\uff0c\u4ed6\u53c8\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u9084\u6709\u6c92\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u51fa\u8def\uff0c\u5c0d\u65b9\u7684\u5fc3\u5df2\u7d93\u8b8a\u4e86\uff0c\u5c31\u7b97\u5c07\u4f86\u5979\u9858\u610f\u56de\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u8eab\u908a\uff0c\u53c8\u6709\u8ab0\u53ef\u4ee5\u64d4\u4fdd\u6c92\u6709\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b21\u5462\uff1f\u9019\u6a23\u9032\u9000\u5931\u64da\u7684\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u4ee4\u5230\u4ed6\u5f88\u75db\u82e6\uff0c\u4ed6\u4e0d\u6562\u7d66\u4e88\u5c0d\u65b9\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u4ed6\u6015\u5c0d\u65b9\u6108\u903c\u6108\u8d70\uff0c\u4f46\u82e5\u4ec0\u9ebc\u4e5f\u4e0d\u505a\uff0c\u53c8\u6015\u7b49\u5f85\u6700\u7d42\u7121\u4e86\u671f\uff0c\u5805\u6301\u6210\u70ba\u767d\u8cbb\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5916\u8868\u770b\u4f86\uff0c\u963f\u5eb7\u8207\u5e73\u65e5\u7121\u7570\uff0c\u4f46\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u4ed6\u5e7e\u4e4e\u6bcf\u665a\u5931\u7720\uff0c\u665a\u665a\u5446\u671b\u7740\u5929\u82b1\u677f\u7b49\u5929\u5149\u3002\u4ed6\u60f3\u64fa\u812b\u56f0\u64fe\uff0c\u5728\u7db2\u4e0a\u641c\u5c0b\u5668\u627e\u5230\u300c\u5a5a\u5916\u60c5\u554f\u984c\u652f\u63f4\u71b1\u7dda\u300d\u7684\u96fb\u8a71\uff0c\u7336\u8c6b\u4e86\u5e7e\u5929\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u9f13\u8d77\u52c7\u6c23\u64a5\u4e86\u96fb\u8a71\uff0c\u8207\u793e\u5de5\u5766\u8aa0\u5206\u4eab\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6399\u624e\u3002<\/p>\n

【明報專訊】阿康萬料不到，這件事會發生在他身上。他一向尊重別人的私隱，從來不會偷看太太的電話，但一月份的一個晚上，當太太正在洗澡時，他見到太太的電話收到信息，寫着：「老婆，我很掛念你！」看到這一句，他心跳突然加速，腦裏一片空白，已經不敢再看下去，因為他實在難以相信，原來太太有婚外情！<\/p>\n

發現此事後，他第一個感覺是憤怒。他不明白太太為何背着他，喜歡上另一個人。一直以來，他很信任太太，難以理解對方利用了他的信任，做出傷害他的事。<\/p>\n

每晚失眠　不敢攤牌<\/p>\n

他自問沒有做過任何對不起太太的事情，何以太太突然不再愛他？他已經做足丈夫的本分，很努力維繫家庭，但為何她不珍惜？為什麼他倆的愛會變得如斯脆弱？<\/p>\n

他回想起最近夫妻吵架，太太控訴他，多年來沒有進步過，與她的距離愈來愈遠。當時他悶在心裏，沒有再爭辯。但現在，他努力尋找答案，究竟太太是否嫌棄他收入不夠高，是否覺得他提供不到她想要的生活，還是覺得他未夠關心她，所以才會放棄他。抑或是她變了，變成一個陌生人，已經不再是當初認識的她。<\/p>\n

這件事帶給他極大打擊，他很矛盾。他有想過離婚，但又不捨，一想到要離開太太，心就實了。多年來，他跟太太沒有分開過，他擔心會不習慣。但如不離婚，他又不知道還有沒有其他出路，對方的心已經變了，就算將來她願意回到自己身邊，又有誰可以擔保沒有下一次呢？這樣進退失據的狀態，令到他很痛苦，他不敢給予對方壓力，他怕對方愈逼愈走，但若什麼也不做，又怕等待最終無了期，堅持成為白費。<\/p>\n

外表看來，阿康與平日無異，但事實上，他幾乎每晚失眠，晚晚呆望着天花板等天光。他想擺脫困擾，在網上搜尋器找到「婚外情問題支援熱線」的電話，猶豫了幾天，最後鼓起勇氣撥了電話，與社工坦誠分享自己的掙扎。<\/p>\n

阿康參加了「總有藍天男士輔導小組」後，發現自己並不孤單，情緒得到紓緩，也明白了自己的需要，現正努力調整自己，思考婚姻的前路。<\/p>\n
