現時有不少人宣傳「對自己好啲」,並推出不同的方法去照顧自己,卻遺忘了「對自己好啲」其實是第二步,靜觀才是第一步。我們不是不懂得做伸展練習,只是未能覺察到自己腰背腳疼痛;我們不是不懂得休息,只是未能覺察到眼睛乾澀。沒有靜觀,我們不論學習多少照顧自己的方法也徒勞無功。<\/p>\n

給自己身體三個問題<\/p>\n

靜觀(mindfulness)簡單而言是覺察(awareness),我們可否留意到自己當下一刻正在經驗的身體感覺、情緒、思想。我邀請大家在此時此刻問自己三個問題,你可以親切地問自己﹕<\/p>\n

1. 從頭到腳身體有什麼感覺?可能有些地方收緊、有些地方放鬆、或者其他身體感覺<\/p>\n

2. 這一刻你有什麼情緒?可能是愉快、緊張或者其他情緒<\/p>\n

3. 這一刻你的腦海有什麼思想?<\/p>\n

不論你的答案是什麼,只要知道自己這一刻的經驗是什麼就可以了。<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

學習不同的方法照顧自己的確重要,但必須配合自己當下一刻的身體感覺、情緒、思想的覺察,否則無法作出有智慧的回應。我們要先留意到當下一刻身體的信號,才可以選擇如何回應身體的需要,正如要先留意到伴侶黑面、留意到同事開會時躁底,才可以有智慧地回應一樣。<\/p>\n

都市人很多時都過着「不知不覺」的生活,腰背疼痛不知道,眼睛乾澀不知道,無視身體的信號;身邊的人有情緒不知道,自己有限制不知道,自己真正追求的不知道,忽視內心的聲音,過分地依賴自動波,盲目地過生活。這種盲目是有代價,久而久之我們會承受後果。練習靜觀讓我們慢慢離開「不知不覺」的生活,進入覺察的生活,讓我們培養覺察的習慣,清晰知道當下一刻自己的身體感覺、情緒、思想,是謂「活在當下」。<\/p>\n

■練習與身體同呼同吸 <\/p>\n

1. 覺察當下<\/p>\n

留意一下現在由頭至腳,身體有什麼感覺?<\/p>\n

留意一下現在有什麼情緒?<\/p>\n

留意一下現在腦海有什麼念頭經過? <\/p>\n

(不論是什麼身體感覺、情緒、念頭也可以,我們只要留意到就可以了)<\/p>\n

2. 慢慢將注意力放到呼吸上,留意一下呼吸的一起一伏。我們不需要控制呼吸,不需要刻意地快、不需要刻意地慢,只要順其自然就可以了。(注意﹕靜觀呼吸並不是深呼吸,我們只需要自然地呼吸)<\/p>\n

3. 將呼吸擴展到整個身體,觀察整個身體,好像整個身體都一起呼吸<\/p>\n

別輕看一個呼吸,一個呼吸可以讓我們留意到自己的需要。「靜觀」需要持續練習,單看文字很難實踐出來。如果想嘗試練習靜觀,你可以選擇﹕<\/p>\n
