【明報專訊】無花果止鼻血未必有實際效果，但註冊中醫師崔紹漢表示，在外國有不少研究指，無花果具有增強抵抗力的功效，「對於一些出現癌前病變的人士，或是有家族癌症病史，都可以利用無花果配合不同中藥，來增強身體抵抗力。例如配合石上柏，適合有鼻咽或消化道問題的人，轉用金蕎麥則可針對肺部，改用白花蛇舌草則能提高肝臟的抵抗力」。<\/p>\n

■無花果石上柏解毒湯（1人分量）<\/p>\n

材料：無花果3粒、南芪約70克、石上柏約35克、生薏米70克、陳皮一角（1\/4片）、田七約5克<\/p>\n
