【明報專訊】問：爸爸今年55歲，兩年前做了腸鏡檢查，切除了兩粒瘜肉，但他近期食慾欠佳，加上大便習慣改變了。請問他有需要再做腸鏡或其他檢查嗎？<\/p>\n

大腸癌病徵：胃口差、大便帶血<\/p>\n

答：近期食慾欠佳，加上大便習慣改變，這些都可能是大腸癌病徵。大腸癌其他徵狀，包括大便帶黏液或者帶血，大便形狀變細，腹部絞痛，消化不良，貧血和體重下降等，但早期大腸癌未必有病徵。<\/p>\n

由於你爸爸出現病徵而且曾經有大腸瘜肉病史，所以他一定要向醫生求診，安排做腸鏡檢查。如果腸鏡檢查證實患上癌症，便要進一步詳細檢查，例如組織活檢、驗血及影像掃描，以評估癌症分佈情况和手術安排。手術後醫生會根據病理報告評估病人進行輔助治療的需要，以減低大腸癌復發風險。這些輔助治療可以是放射治療、化學治療和標靶治療。<\/p>\n

50歲起照腸鏡　10年1次<\/p>\n

大腸癌通常由大腸瘜肉病變而成，過程可長達5至10年。建議一般人由50歲開始做大腸鏡篩檢，每10年做一次，及早發現大腸瘜肉並切除，以減低演變成大腸癌的風險。如有大腸癌家族史人士，大腸鏡篩檢最好提早於40歲開始。而曾有大腸瘜肉病史的人士，便要定期做大腸鏡複檢，監察瘜肉有否復發。<\/p>\n
