drugs\uff09\u3001\u79cb\u6c34\u4ed9\u9e7c\uff08colchicine\uff09\u53ca\u985e\u56fa\u9187\uff08steroid\uff09\u3002\u8981\u7559\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u6b62\u75db\u85e5\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6210\u5206\u64b2\u71b1\u606f\u75db\uff0c\u4e26\u975e\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u8655\u7406\u6025\u6027\u75db\u98a8\u767c\u4f5c\u7684\u85e5\u7269\u3002\u7121\u6cd5\u4f7f\u7528\u53e3\u670d\u85e5\u7269\u7684\u75c5\u4eba\uff0c\u53ef\u9078\u64c7\u6c42\u91ab\u63a5\u53d7\u985e\u56fa\u9187\u808c\u8089\u6216\u95dc\u7bc0\u6ce8\u5c04\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u67d0\u5929\uff0c\u4e00\u540d\u75db\u98a8\u75c5\u4eba\u5230\u85e5\u623f\u53d6\u85e5\uff0c\u554f\uff1a\u300c\u75db\u98a8\u767c\u4f5c\u6642\u7684\u7d05\u816b\u71b1\u75db\u90fd\u5df2\u7d93\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u9084\u8981\u670d\u964d\u5c3f\u9178\u85e5\u7269\uff1f\u5e7e\u6642\u53ef\u4ee5\u505c\u85e5\uff1f\u300d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div \u8a98\u767c\u6025\u6027\u75db\u98a8<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u73fe\u6642\u4e3b\u8981\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u662f\u900f\u904e\u63a7\u5236\u7531\u560c\u5464\uff08purine\uff09\u4ee3\u8b1d\u5206\u89e3\u800c\u7522\u751f\u7684\u5c3f\u9178\uff0c\u5206\u5225\u6709\u5225\u560c\u9187\uff08allopurinol\uff09\u548c\u975e\u5e03\u53f8\u4ed6\uff08febuxostat\uff09\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u5225\u560c\u9187\u524d\uff0c\u5efa\u8b70\u75c5\u4eba\u5148\u63a5\u53d7HLA-B*5801\u57fa\u56e0\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u56e0\u8a72\u57fa\u56e0\u6703\u589e\u52a0\u5225\u560c\u9187\u56b4\u91cd\u904e\u654f\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7f55\u898b\u7684\u53f2\u8482\u82ac\u5f37\u68ee\u7d9c\u5408\u5fb5\uff08Stevens-Johnson
