\u777e\u4e38\u5207\u9664\u8853\uff08orchiectomy\uff09<\/p>\n<p>\u777e\u4e38\u88fd\u9020\u8eab\u9ad4\u8d85\u904e\u4e5d\u6210\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7684\u96c4\u6fc0\u7d20\uff0c\u53e6\u5916\u7d04\u4e00\u6210\u96c4\u6fc0\u7d20\u662f\u7531\u814e\u4e0a\u817a\u7522\u751f\u3002\u777e\u4e38\u5207\u9664\u662f\u6b77\u53f2\u6700\u60a0\u4e45\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u4f46\u5f88\u591a\u75c5\u4eba\u90fd\u4e0d\u559c\u6b61\u624b\u8853\uff0c\u7279\u5225\u662f\u73fe\u5728\u6709\u4e0d\u5c11\u6709\u6548\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6108\u4f86\u6108\u5c11\u75c5\u4eba\u9078\u64c7\u505a\u624b\u8853\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2. \u4fc3\u9ec3\u9ad4\u6fc0\u7d20\u91cb\u653e\u6fc0\u7d20\u4fc3\u6548\u5291\uff08LHRH agonist\uff09<br \/>\nLHRH\u672c\u8eab\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6b63\u5e38\u8377\u723e\u8499 \uff0c\u523a\u6fc0\u8166\u4e0b\u5782\u9ad4\u5206\u6ccc\u66f4\u591a\u4fc3\u9ec3\u9ad4\u751f\u6210\u6fc0\u7d20\uff08LH\uff09\u548c\u4fc3\u5375\u6ce1\u6210\u719f\u6fc0\u7d20\uff08FSH\uff09\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u523a\u6fc0\u777e\u4e38\u7522\u751f\u7537\u6027\u8377\u723e\u8499\u3002\u4f46\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u82e5\u5927\u5291\u91cf\u6ce8\u5c04LHRH agonist\uff0c\u777e\u4e38\u6703\u7522\u751f\u53cd\u4f5c\u7528\u529b\uff0c agonist\uff0c\u4e00\u5169\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\u9ad4\u5167\u7537\u6027\u8377\u723e\u8499\u4fbf\u6703\u6e1b\u4f4e\uff0cPSA\u4ea6\u540c\u6b65\u964d\u4f4e\uff0c\u816b\u7624\u7e2e\u5c0f\uff0c\u5fb5\u72c0\u6e1b\u8f15\u3002<\/p>\n<p>3. \u4fc3\u9ec3\u9ad4\u6fc0\u7d20\u91cb\u653e\u6fc0\u7d20\u963b\u65b7\u5291\uff08LHRH antagonist\uff09<br \/>\n\u4e00\u7a2e\u8f03\u65b0\u7684\u76ae\u4e0b\u6ce8\u5c04\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u540d\u70ba\u4fc3\u9ec3\u9ad4\u6fc0\u7d20\u91cb\u653e\u6fc0\u7d20\u963b\u65b7\u5291\uff08LHRH
