swabs\uff09\u3001\u7cde\u4fbf\u7b49\u6a23\u672c\uff0c\u5229\u7528PCR\u6280\u8853\u6aa2\u6e2c\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u5c6c\u65bcRNA\u75c5\u6bd2\uff0c\u800cPCR\u63a1\u7528\u7684\u9175\u7d20\u53ea\u80fd\u5c07DNA\u653e\u5927\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8981\u900f\u904e\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u805a\u5408\u9176\u9023\u9396\u53cd\u61c9\uff08reverse transcription-PCR\uff09\u5148\u5c07RNA\u53cd\u8f49\u9304\u6210cDNA\uff08complementary DNA\uff09\uff0c\u518d\u5c07\u75c5\u6bd2\u57fa\u56e0\u67d0\u4e9b\u6bb5\u843d\u4ee5\u5f15\u7269\uff08primer\uff09\u7528PCR\u6280\u8853\u653e\u5927\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u4ee5\u7192\u5149\u63a2\u91dd\u91cf\u5ea6\u7d50\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u65b0\u51a0\u75c5\u6bd2\u5728\u4e0a\u547c\u5438\u9053\u542b\u91cf\u7d0410^6 copies\/mL\uff0c\u80ba\u90e8\u5247\u5927\u7d04\u670910^8 copies\/mL\uff0c\u800cPCR\u7684\u6e2c\u8a66\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\uff08analytical sensitivity\uff09\u9ad8\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u6709\u5c0f\u91cf\u75c5\u6bd2\u57fa\u56e0\u7247\u6bb5\u4ea6\u80fd\u91cf\u5ea6\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6e2c\u8a66\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\u53ef\u61c9\u4ed8\u6709\u9918\u3002\u503c\u5f97\u7559\u610f\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u6e2c\u8a66\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\u662f\u8a08\u7b97\u5100\u5668\u6e2c\u8a66\u7684\u6e96\u78ba\u5ea6\uff0c\u6709\u5225\u65bc\u81e8\u7240\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\uff08clinical sensitivity\uff09\u2014\u2014\u5f8c\u8005\u662f\u6307\u5be6\u969b\u78ba\u8a3a\u75c5\u4eba\u4e2d\uff0c\u88ab\u5224\u65b7\u70ba\u967d\u6027\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u3002\u6eab\u5dde\u91ab\u79d1\u5927\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u572851\u540d\u65b0\u51a0\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\uff0c\u80f8\u90e8CT\u7684\u81e8\u7240\u654f\u611f\u5ea6\u9ad8\u65bcPCR\uff08\u5206\u5225\u70ba98\uff05\u548c71\uff05\uff09\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u6a23\u672c\u8cea\u7d20\uff08\u63a1\u96c6\u6280\u8853\uff09\u3001\u6a23\u672c\u6027\u8cea\u3001\u63a1\u6a23\u6642\u9593\u3001\u8a66\u5291\u53ca\u5316\u9a57\u5ba4\u8cea\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>\u2027\u5feb\u901f\u6838\u7cd6\u6838\u9178\u8a66\u5291 45\u5206\u9418\u6709\u7d50\u679c<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ha.org.hk\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u91ab\u7ba1\u5c40<\/a>\u8fd1\u65e5\u589e\u8cfc\u7684\u81ea\u52d5\u5316\u9a57\u6a5f\uff0c\u4ea6\u662f\u5229\u7528PCR\u6280\u8853\uff0c\u4f46\u6b65\u9a5f\u7c21\u5316\u4e86\u3002\u63d0\u53d6\u75c5\u6bd2\u6838\u9178\u53ca\u653e\u5927DNA\u7684\u6b65\u9a5f\uff0c\u6fc3\u7e2e\u5728\u7368\u7acb\u6a21\u7d44\u5167\u3002\u5c07\u6a23\u672c\u653e\u5165\u7368\u7acb\u6a21\u7d44\uff0c\u518d\u653e\u5165\u6aa2\u6e2c\u5100\u5668\u5167\u4fbf\u53ef\u6aa2\u6e2c\uff0c\u9700\u6642\u7531\u539f\u4f866\u5c0f\u6642\u6e1b\u81f3\u7d0445\u5206\u9418\u3002<\/p>\n<figure
