rel=\"noopener\">9\u6708\u521d<\/a>\u5230\u6df1\u5733\u53c3\u52a0\u4e00\u500b\u540d\u70ba<a href=\"https:\/\/worldphilanthropyforum.org\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u4e16\u754c\u516c\u76ca\u6148\u5584\u8ad6\u58c7<\/a>\u7684\u6703\u8b70\uff0c\u4e3b\u8fa6\u55ae\u4f4d\u5305\u62ec\u4e2d\u570b\u4eba\u6c11\u5c0d\u5916\u53cb\u597d\u5354\u6703\u3001\u6e05\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u5927\u5b78\u53ca\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\u3002\u8ad6\u58c7\u4e3b\u984c\u662f\u300c\u63a8\u52d5\u516c\u76ca\u6148\u5584\u548c\u793e\u6703\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u5168\u7403\u767c\u5c55\u300d\u3002\u904e\u53bb\u7684\u4e2d\u570b\u793e\u6703\uff0c\u6148\u5584\u4e8b\u696d\u4e0d\u5f70\uff0c\u6148\u5584\u5bb6\u70ba\u6578\u4e0d\u591a\u3002\u4e2d\u570b\u4eba\u7684\u50b3\u7d71\u89c0\u5ff5\uff0c\u8a8d\u70ba\u628a\u8ca1\u5bcc\u7a4d\u805a\u5728\u5bb6\u65cf\u88cf\u9762\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u505a\u5230\u5c0d\u4e0a\u76e1\u5b5d\uff0c\u5c0d\u4e0b\u76e1\u89aa\uff0c\u76e1\u4e86\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u5bcc\u6709\u4eba\u5bb6\u5373\u4f7f\u5152\u5b50\u4e0d\u8096\uff0c\u81ea\u5df1\u5169\u817f\u4e00\u8e6c\u6642\u9084\u4e0d\u5fd8\u907a\u8a00\u50b3\u5b6b\u4e0d\u50b3\u5b50\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u9858\u628a\u8c50\u539a\u5bb6\u8ca1\u5206\u7d66\u5176\u4ed6\u89aa\u621a\uff0c\u66f4\u4e0d\u7528\u8aaa\u4e0d\u76f8\u5e72\u7684\u964c\u751f\u4eba\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u9019\u500b\u7de3\u6545\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u5927\u9678\u6c11\u9593\u5411\u4f86\u7f3a\u4e4f\u6148\u5584\u6350\u737b\u98a8\u6c23\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4eca\u6b21\u8ad6\u58c7\u7684\u727d\u982d\u4eba\uff0c\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u4eba\u6c11\u5c0d\u5916\u53cb\u597d\u5354\u6703\u548c\u6e05\u83ef\u5927\u5b78\uff0c\u770b\u4f86\u5927\u9678\u958b\u653e\u6539\u9769\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u793e\u6703\u7d93\u6fdf\u689d\u4ef6\u84b8\u84b8\u65e5\u4e0a\uff0c\u6c11\u9593\u6148\u5584\u6350\u737b\u7684\u71b1\u60c5\u4ea6\u9010\u6f38\u6fc3\u70c8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8eab\u70ba\u4e3b\u8fa6\u55ae\u4f4d\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\u7684\u4e00\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u6211\u7576\u7136\u4e5f\u8981\u8d74\u6703\u5b78\u7fd2\u4ea4\u6d41\u4e00\u756a\u3002\u5927\u6703\u9664\u4e86\u9080\u8acb\u4e2d\u5916\u9818\u5c0e\u5c31\u4e3b\u984c\u6f14\u8aaa\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u8207\u6148\u5584\u516c\u76ca\u4e8b\u696d\u6709\u95dc\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u4ee3\u8868\u5206\u4eab\u7d93\u9a57\u3002\u8aaa\u8001\u5be6\u8a71\uff0c\u6211\u5c0d\u9019\u4e9b\u5206\u4eab\u4ea4\u6d41\u7d93\u9a57\u7684\u74b0\u7bc0\uff0c\u6bd4\u5c0d\u8046\u807d\u9818\u5c0e\u8b1b\u8a71\u66f4\u6709\u8208\u8da3\uff0c\u9818\u5c0e\u7684\u8aaa\u8a71\u96d6\u7136\u5145\u6eff\u667a\u6167\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u7384\u6a5f\uff0c\u4f46\u5167\u5bb9\u5927\u591a\u504f\u91cd\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u6b77\u53f2\u9673\u8ff0\uff0c\u6d41\u65bc\u67af\u71e5\u548c\u7f3a\u4e4f\u8da3\u5473\u3002\u807d\u90a3\u4e9b\u7d93\u9a57\u5206\u4eab\uff0c\u6211\u624d\u66c9\u5f97\u539f\u4f86\u5167\u5730\u6210\u7acb\u4e86\u9019\u9ebc\u591a\u7684\u6148\u5584\u57fa\u91d1\u6703\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u901a\u904e\u4e0d\u540c\u6e20\u9053\uff0c\u5411\u6c11\u9593\u548c\u4f01\u696d\u7c4c\u52df\u6350\u6b3e\uff0c\u4f86\u6551\u6fdf\u7aae\u56f0\u6709\u9700\u8981\u5e6b\u52a9\u7684\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u807d\u904e\u9019\u4e9b\u57fa\u91d1\u4ee3\u8868\u767c\u8a00\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u7559\u610f\u5230\u8a31\u591a\u57fa\u91d1\u898f\u6a21\u90fd\u4e0d\u7b97\u5927\uff0c\u7c4c\u52df\u5230\u7684\u6b3e\u9805\u4e5f\u4e0d\u7b97\u5f88\u591a\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u5c11\u90fd\u6709\u5168\u8077\u8077\u54e1\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u53d7\u60e0\u7fa4\u773e\u904d\u4f48\u5404\u7701\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u884c\u653f\u8cbb\u7528\u662f\u5426\u5df2\u4f54\u4e86\u6350\u6b3e\u7684\u5927\u90e8\u5206\uff1f\u5728\u5916\u570b\uff0c\u8a31\u591a\u6148\u5584\u6a5f\u69cb\u90fd\u6703\u516c\u5e03\u884c\u653f\u8cbb\u7528\u7684\u6578\u76ee\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8981\u4fdd\u8b49\u884c\u653f\u8cbb\u7528\u4e0d\u8d85\u904e\u6574\u9ad4\u652f\u51fa\u7684\u82e5\u5e72\u500b\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\uff0c\u4ee5\u53d6\u4fe1\u65bc\u6350\u6b3e\u4eba\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5167\u5730\u7684\u6148\u5584\u57fa\u91d1\uff0c\u8981\u548c\u570b\u969b\u63a5\u8ecc\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u4e5f\u662f\u8981\u5fc5\u9808\u505a\u5230\u7684\u6b65\u9a5f<br Forum<\/a>\uff0c\u53ef\u662f\u807d\u5b8c\u4e86\u57fa\u91d1\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u767c\u8a00\uff0c\u6211\u537b\u611f\u5230\u8a31\u591a\u57fa\u91d1\u505a\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u662fcharities\uff0c\u4e0d\u662fphilanthropy\u3002\u9019\u5169\u500b\u8a5e\u4e2d\u6587\u7ffb\u8b6f\u8868\u9762\u4e0a\u90fd\u662f\u300c\u5584\u4e8b\u300d\uff0c\u597d\u50cf\u6c92\u6709\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5206\u5225\uff0c\u4f46\u5176\u5be6\u610f\u601d\u537b\u6709\u300c\u6df1\u5c64\u6b21\u300d\u7684\u5dee\u8ddd\u3002Charities\u662f\u6307\u901a\u5e38\u4e00\u6b21\u904e\u7684\u5584\u884c\uff0c\u89e3\u6c7a\u4eba\u5bb6\u71c3\u7709\u4e4b\u6025\uff1b\u4f8b\u5982\u898b\u5230\u4e5e\u4e10\u6216\u809a\u9913\u7684\u4eba\u7d66\u4ed6\u91d1\u9322\u6216\u98df\u7269\uff0c\u662f\u4e0d\u6298\u4e0d\u6263\u7684\u300c\u6388\u4eba\u4ee5\u9b5a\u300d\u3002Philanthropy\u7684\u610f\u601d\uff0c\u61c9\u8a72\u662f\u300c\u6148\u5584\u4e8b\u696d\u300d\uff0c\u4e0d\u55ae\u5e6b\u52a9\u53d7\u773e\u89e3\u6c7a\u71c3\u7709\u4e4b\u6025\uff0c\u9084\u8981\u5f9e\u6df1\u5c64\u6b21\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u539f\u56e0\uff08root cause\uff09\u5165\u624b\uff0c\u901a\u904e\u89e3\u6c7aroot cause\uff0c\u8b93\u53d7\u773e\u9577\u9060\u7684\u812b\u96e2\u82e6\u6d77\uff0c\u9019\u6b63\u662f\u300c\u6388\u4eba\u4ee5\u6f01\u300d\u7684\u7cbe\u795e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0a\u671f\u672c\u6b04\u8ac7\u5230\u6839\u64da\u806f\u5408\u570b\u7684\u5831\u544a\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u8fd1\u5e74\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u6574\u9ad4\u7684\u5152\u7ae5\u5065\u5eb7\u6c34\u5e73\u6709\u4e0a\u5347\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u975e\u6d32\u548c\u5357\u4e9e\u5730\u5340\u7b49\u5730\u7684\u8ca7\u7aae\u843d\u5f8c\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u5b55\u7522\u5a66\u548c\u65b0\u751f\u5152\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u4ecd\u7136\u9ad8\u4f01\u3002\u6211\u5011\u8981\u5e6b\u52a9\u9019\u4e9b\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u82e5\u53ea\u662f\u63d0\u4f9b\u98df\u7269\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u90a3\u662f\u300c\u6388\u4eba\u4ee5\u9b5a\u300d\uff0c\u6cbb\u6a19\u4e0d\u6cbb\u672c\u3002\u8981\u662f\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5411root
