Pan-Asia Study\uff09\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u662f\u80ba\u764c\u500b\u4eba\u5316\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u91cc\u7a0b\u7891\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" \u80ba\u764c\u53ef\u6cbb\u7642<\/h2>\n<p>IPASS\u662f\u4ee5\u4e9e\u6d32\u3001\u975e\u5438\u7159\u3001\u80ba\u817a\u764c\u60a3\u8005\u70ba\u7814\u7a76\u5c0d\u8c61\uff0c\u662f\u5168\u7403\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u7814\u7a76\u8b49\u5be6\uff0c\u5e36\u6709EGFR\u7a81\u8b8a\u7684\u80ba\u764c\u75c5\u4eba\uff0c\u4f7f\u7528\u6a19\u9776\u85e5\u5409\u975e\u66ff\u5c3c\uff08Gefitinib\uff09\uff0c\u6548\u679c\u6bd4\u5316\u7642\u7d44\u5408\u5361\u9251\uff0f\u7d2b\u6749\u9187\u512a\u52dd\u3002\u5409\u975e\u66ff\u5c3c\u56e0\u6b64\u6210\u70ba\u4e00\u7dda\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u6539\u5beb\u4e86\u80ba\u764c\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u6b77\u53f2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u7e7cEGFR\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u9a45\u52d5\u764c\u57fa\u56e0\u53ca\u76f8\u95dc\u6a19\u9776\u85e5\u7269\u9678\u7e8c\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u80ba\u764c\u4e0d\u518d\u662f\u55ae\u4e00\u75be\u75c5\u3001\u55ae\u4e00\u6cbb\u7642\uff08\u898b\u8868\u4e8c\uff09\u3002\u73fe\u5728\u78ba\u8a3a\u665a\u671f\u80ba\u764c\u75c5\u4eba\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u8981\u63a5\u53d7\u57fa\u56e0\u6e2c\u8a66\uff0c\u624d\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u6848\u3002\u516c\u7acb\u91ab\u9662\u6703\u70ba\u75c5\u4eba\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u5169\u7a2e\u9a45\u52d5\u764c\u57fa\u56e0\uff1aEGFR\u53caALK\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img class=\"caption\">\uff08\u660e\u5831\u88fd\u5716\uff09<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u4e9e\u6d32\u4eba\u5e38\u898b\u7684EGFR\u7a81\u8b8a\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u6a19\u9776\u85e5\u7269\u5df2\u63a8\u51fa\u81f3\u7b2c\u4e09\u4ee3\uff0c\u6709\u7b2c\u4e00\u4ee3\u7684\u5409\u975e\u66ff\u5c3c\uff08Gefitinib\uff09\u548c\u5384\u6d1b\u66ff\u5c3c\uff08Erlotinib\uff09\u3001\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4ee3\u7684\u963f\u6cd5\u66ff\u5c3c\uff08Afatinib\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u7b2c\u4e09\u4ee3\u7684\u5967\u5e0c\u66ff\u5c3c\uff08Osimertinib\uff09\u3002\u83ab\u6a39\u9326\u89e3\u91cb\uff0c\u7b2c\u4e8c\u4ee3\u7684\u85e5\u6548\u8f03\u7b2c\u4e00\u4ee3\u5f37\uff0c\u4f46\u76f8\u5c0d\u6bd2\u6027\u4ea6\u9ad8\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u6703\u5efa\u8b70\u7528\u65bc\u8f03\u5e74\u8f15\u75c5\u4eba\uff0c\u8001\u5f31\u75c5\u4eba\u5247\u7528\u7b2c\u4e00\u4ee3\u3002\u7576\u670d\u7528\u7b2c\u4e00\u4ee3\u85e5\u7269\u4e00\u6bb5\u6642\u9593\u5f8c\u51fa\u73feT790M\u57fa\u56e0\u8b8a\u7570\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u8f49\u7528\u7b2c\u4e09\u4ee3\u85e5\u7269\u3002\u300c\u5df2\u6709\u665a\u671f\u80ba\u764c\u75c5\u4eba\u7528\u85e5\u8d85\u904e10\u5e74\uff0c\u80ba\u764c\u5df2\u6210\u70ba\u53ef\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u4e00\u5e38\u898b\u9a45\u52d5\u764c\u57fa\u56e0ALK\uff0c\u4ea6\u67093\u7a2e\u6a19\u9776\u85e5\uff0c\u514b\u5511\u66ff\u5c3c\uff08Crizotinib\uff09\u662f\u4e00\u7dda\u6a19\u6e96\u7642\u6cd5\uff0c\u7576\u75c5\u4eba\u51fa\u73fe\u6297\u85e5\u6027\uff0c\u91ab\u751f\u6703\u8003\u616e\u4f7f\u7528\u65b0\u85e5\u827e\u6a02\u66ff\u5c3c\uff08Alectinib\uff09\u3002\u800c\u83ab\u6a39\u9326\u9818\u5c0e\u7684\u570b\u969b\u7814\u7a76\u6bd4\u8f03\u5169\u85e5\u7528\u65bc\u4e00\u7dda\u6cbb\u7642\u7684\u529f\u6548\uff0c\u986f\u793a\u4f7f\u7528\u827e\u6a02\u66ff\u5c3c\u7684\u7121\u60e1\u5316\u5b58\u6d3b\u671f\u70ba34.8\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u8f03\u514b\u5511\u66ff\u5c3c\u768411\u500b\u6708\u9577\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img
