Kabat-Zinn\uff0c1970\u5e74\u4ee3\u5230\u6771\u65b9\u5b78\u7fd2\u975c\u5750\u51a5\u60f3\uff0c\u56de\u7f8e\u5f8c\u5efa\u8b70\u4e00\u4e9b\u9577\u671f\u6162\u6027\u75db\u75c7\u60a3\u8005\u7df4\u7fd2\u975c\u89c0\uff08\u51a5\u60f3\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\uff09\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u5927\u5b78\u884c\u70ba\u5065\u5eb7\u6559\u7814\u4e2d\u5fc3\u8b1b\u5e2b\u738b\u84d3\u6069\u8aaa\uff1a\u300c\u7d50\u679c\u5f88\u9a5a\u559c\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u60a3\u8005\u7684\u75db\u75c7\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u6d88\u5931\uff0c\u4f46\u900f\u904e\u975c\u89c0\u7684\u547c\u5438\u7df4\u7fd2\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u80fd\u8207\u75bc\u75db\u5171\u8655\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u6614\u65e5\u56e0\u9577\u671f\u75db\u75c7\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u56f0\u60f1\u8207\u58d3\u529b\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>1979\u5e74\uff0cJon Reduction\uff0cMBSR\uff09\uff0c\u5354\u52a9\u9577\u671f\u75c5\u60a3\u7d13\u7de9\u5fb5\u72c0\u4e26\u8207\u4e4b\u5171\u8655\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u738b\u84d3\u6069\u50b3\u6388\u884c\u70ba\u5065\u5eb7\u53ca\u9748\u6027\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u7a4d\u6975\u63a8\u5ee3\u975c\u89c0\u7df4\u7fd2\u3002\u5979\u8a8d\u70ba\uff0c\u300c\u975c\u89c0\u662f\u7167\u9867\u4e0d\u540c\u60c5\u7dd2\u7684\u597d\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u57f9\u990a\u6b63\u9762\u60c5\u7dd2\u4e4b\u9918\uff0c\u4ea6\u7167\u9867\u58de\u60c5\u7dd2\uff0c\u4f7f\u4eba\u4e0d\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u5404\u7a2e\u58d3\u529b\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u7406\u60f3\u7684\u975c\u89c0\u5b78\u7fd2\uff0c\u662f\u80fd\u5c07\u975c\u89c0\u878d\u5165\u751f\u6d3b\u4e4b\u4e2d\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u25a0\u975c\u89c0\u5982\u4f55\u4ee4\u5927\u8166\u8b8a\u5316\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u5b78\u7fd2\u975c\u89c0\u5f88\u7c21\u55ae\uff0c\u537b\u597d\u8655\u591a\u591a\uff0c\u738b\u84d3\u6069\u8aaa\uff0c\u300c\u7c21\u55ae\u5230\u4ee4\u4eba\u89ba\u5f97\u4e0d\u53ef\u601d\u8b70\uff0c\u4ee4\u4eba\u4e0d\u6613\u76f8\u4fe1\u70ba\u4f55\u6bcf\u5929\u7df4\u7fd2\u975c\u89c0\u5c31\u6709\u9019\u4e9b\u6539\u8b8a\u300d\u3002\u4e0d\u5c11\u79d1\u7814\u8b49\u5be6\u548c\u89e3\u91cb\u4e86\uff0c\u70ba\u4f55\u6709\u9019\u4e9b\u597d\u8655\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6539\u8b8a\u8166\u7d50\u69cb \u5f71\u97ff\u795e\u7d93\u6d3b\u52d5<\/p>\n<p>\u975c\u89c0\u7df4\u7fd2\uff0c\u5f97\u7740\u4e0d\u6b62\u300c\u81ea\u6211\u611f\u89ba\u826f\u597d\u300d\u800c\u5df2\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u7814\u7a76\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u900f\u904e\u975c\u89c0\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f15\u8d77\u8166\u90e8\u7d50\u69cb\u4ee5\u53ca\u8166\u795e\u7d93\u6d3b\u52d5\u548c\u529f\u80fd\u7db2\u8def\u7684\u8f49\u8b8a\uff0c\u5e36\u4f86\u60c5\u7dd2\u8abf\u7bc0\u548c\u884c\u70ba\u4e0a\u7684\u6539\u8b8a\u3002\u9999\u6e2f\u5927\u5b78\u5fc3\u7406\u5b78\u7cfb\u8b1b\u5ea7\u6559\u6388\u674e\u6e44\u73cd\uff0c\u5f9e\u4e8b\u8166\u90e8\u53ef\u5851\u6027\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5979\u6307\u51fa\uff1a\u300c\u975c\u89c0\u662f\u4e00\u7a2emental experience\uff08\u5fc3\u9748\u9ad4\u9a57\uff09\uff0c\u800c\u5927\u8166\u6703\u96a8\u7740\u9019\u7a2e\u7d93\u9a57\u800c\u51fa\u73fe\u6539\u8b8a\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<p>\u25a0\u5efa\u7acb\u7406\u6027\u7db2\u7d61
